We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - Well partiallyshaved, sorry to say this but somehow your story makes us feel a bit better about ours. LOL. What an interesting experience. Again, a situation where communication and honesty is key. xoxoXXX

Swingers of Color - - I have me a hot asian man! It was my idea to begin trying new sexual encounters, but it was him that signed us up with a bunch of sites and leads the way when it come to meeting new people. B

what the f#%@ was he thinking? - swingers still deserve respect - That is totally over the top. We see a few single guys from time to time and would never have anyone who messaged like that meet us. That is not only in poor taste but one stupid guy! I don't know what some of these guys think! If you want to succeed be a gentleman and send a nice message respecting my wife.

The Fun of the Chase - - I wouldn't even call it "the fun of the chase" as much as just liking to get to know people a little bit before jumping into the sack. I know there are plenty of swingers who really prefer no prelims of any kind and just getting down to the sex but that's not usually us. For us there has to be an attraction on at least another level beyond simply physical attraction. Personality and being able to carry on a conversation are very important to both Ms. Evil and I. We much prefer to talk, at least a little bit, and get to know people a bit better and maybe flirt and tease and kid around a little bit. We find that it makes the sex a LOT hotter if we like you at least a little bit first. :-D

Swinger cruise - YOLO cruise on Carnival Legend (April 26th) - Hi everyone, As many may already know, YOLO cruises is having the first ever swingers-only cruise leaving out of Tampa this coming April 26th. My wife Josee an I will be attending and hope to see many of you come along as well. Josee & Marc

Single Guy Rant - Probably not for everybody - So I'm thinking, how bad must I look at 51?!? And another thing, how could I possibly meet someone out of the lifestyle whom I may introduce to swinging? I have found that the biggest issue with non-swingers is sex. I have thought that maybe it is just the cheating sex they don't like but I don't think that's gonna fly.

Obama's Roadtrip - -
Fair enough. Then why rely on them for anything that likely wasn't adequately studied?
Likely just does not do it for me...When the numbers are given AND shown how they were gathered, I tend to believe they are fairly accurate.
Let's take your Pepsi/Coke example. There is likely nothing befuddling about your scenario. Just one possibility: Where are the two Florida products bottled? Maybe it's the water.
Both bottled locally, it is chalked up to being a preferance thing. In WI, lived there for a while, it was called pop or soda, unless a VERY specific thing was needed, a Mountain Dew for instance. In the south, it is a Coke no matter what it is. If someone in the south offers a Coke, it could be Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Diet Rite, Sam's Club Soda, etc.
I'm glad you agree with the logic. My Bachelor's is in Social Welfare (Psych Minor). Human nature is only a bitch of a thing when you get out there a few standard deviations. The bulk of us are as predictable as rats.
Believe it or not, I have 2 BA's (econ and int. rel.) with a minor in social work. So I am very aware of social science standards and SOME believe that we're predictable. If you have a smaller sample, we are fairly predictable, especially when the sample is taken from a specific group of people (swingers for instance, better yet, swingers in a specific region), once you get to the larger populations (nationwide for instance), human behavior is not easily quantified. Try being the ONLY conservative in all the social work classes, it was fun! Then again, opinions are like assholes, everyone has one.
I propose that as an economist you are simply looking at things with a limited perspective.
Possibly, but I also have a rare ability to look at it from an outsider's view....
There is simply no question that if a person's basic needs (food and shelter) are met, there is less motivation to risk the consequences of violating societal rules.
I can see the logic of this, however, we are Americans, we always want MORE, we are constantly bombarded with images of MORE, we are constantly told that without MORE we are incomplete, etc. What are the consequences of violating societal rules? Food, shelter, clothing, TV, etc? Really tough there. Look at prisons in Mexico, if your family does not provide, you starve, more than likely. THAT is consequences, it is a deterrant (sp?). IMHO, one of the reasons for our increased crime rates is the lack of public punishment. If every time you turned around, you saw a group of people in black and white stripes mowing lawns, trimming trees, etc. on the side of the road in leg chains, it would cut crime considerably. If they did public executions, it would cut crime dramatically. Then again, I am a staunch supporter of heavy penalties for crimes, especially when they are repeat offenders, most of the social scientists are not. They want more rehab and such, which I also support, BUT only for first timers, not for repeat offenders. Anyway, I am thoroughly enjoying our debate... Next!

Met someone you know at a lifestyle event - - Been there, done that, have the t-shirt. There's really no easy way to explain, deflect, lie, or otherwise extricate yourself from that situation. Counting, just now in my head, it's happened to us no less than half a dozen times. Everyone from family members (Ms. Evil's cousin), friends of friends (BFF's of our former next door neighbors), business acquaintances/clients, you name it. It's always such an unexpected shock that we invariably handle it poorly. LOL ps- Happened again last night at a wedding, of all things! Not really a lifestyle event/party but plenty of swingers there and the implications were probably fairly obvious to anyone really paying attention.

Ways to point out Swingers in public - - I thought it was a pineapple upside down in your cart. I do it once in a while to see if I get a reaction from anyone.

What sets you apart from other swingers - Lets see whos looking for what. - I am a SINGLE man, the dredded, the bashed, the most ignored, how can you be a swinger, the blocked, the most unwanted, on every swingers site. OMG!!! LMAO! What sets me apart? Where do I start? Could it be that I'm a head taller than 99% of everyone in the room, club, crowd? Could it be that I've been told I have nice kissable lips? How about my sense of humor? My initials are B. S. lol Is it because when actually invited to a private gathering, that I hear the men and women saying *damn he is big, and only 3/4 erect!* lol Yes, I've heard it, No I dont think so! Could it be my BIG hands with LONGGGGG fingers, and size 14 feet? Is it my long guns, my uncut abs, my 38 inch bird legs? Maybe it's my ability to go from goofball to Mr Handyman? Oh yes, I know, it's because I can 2step, 3step, c/w polka, jitterbug, whip, waltz, c/w cha cha, east and west coast swing, double two, dallas progressive, ft worth shuffle, freestyle to rock n roll, disco, hiphop or rap, or the fact that I can twist/rotate my hips/ass as good as any female stripper!? LMAO Maybe it's because I'm a biker? A Big Rig driver? A Cowboy? A professional business man? Wait! Maybe it's because I can read people, their moods, their wants and desires, their needs, their minds, simply by paying attention to the look on their face, their body language, the speed of their walk, their hands, how they're dressed, the sound of their voice, or their laugh... I dont know that I really am better than the next man, or that I even want to be! I am ME, I will always be ME, I wont change ME for YOU for any reason! I find people either like me, and enjoy being around me, or they dislike me, and do their best to avoid me. This site seems to be based in UT, another site I'm on seems based in TX and FL, still another seems based in the UK. I wish I had a job where I traveled, I would enjoy meeting most of you for a drink. Iron aka Scott P.S. I'm open to comments, and opinions...
