There are certainly some things to look at and make sure we won't have too many problems. I think there are a number of ways to get around any issues. What happens on a private residence is up to those who own the property. I think this is one of the reasons it would have to be a private club, members only. What consenting adults choose to do isn't illegal in a venue like a club any more than it is illegal in a private residence. The trick, as I understand it, is that the venue cannot be a public venue because then you run into public exposure and indecency laws. I could be wrong, and I would have to find someone who understands these kind of laws... the question is... who would actually know... lol.
You are correct, there will certainly be some challenges, but I think they can be worked through.
As for your idea of renting a house or something like that, I have thought about the same thing and it may be a good idea. Not a fix for what is needed in a club, but it is a start.

Vegas: Swingers circle or couples oasis? - Which do I prefer - Never been to swinger circle. We were told about couples oasis when we lived in Vegas by other locals. WD have been to the green door , red rooster and couples oasis. And out of all three couples oasis was the one I liked the best. It is the only one that does not allow single guys. Nothing against them but in that kind of setting they tend to give off that creepy feeling. Anyways it kinda like the manor there is a cover and it would is BYOB. There's a bar with a dance floor. Pool tables with a snack area. A group play area and some private play areas also a outdoor pool. During the summer I think they have pool parties on Sunday. Out of the 3 it is the only one I would go back to.
Are you more or less tolerant? - - Now that you're a swinger do you think that you're more or less tolerant of people of a different body type than yours? We ran the Utah Undie Run yesterday (WAY fun, highly recommended btw) and today we were checking out the stories about it from the local news outlets and more than that the message/comment boards. Now we all know that there are a LOT of people in Utah who are/were very offended that some people would run around downtown on Conference Sunday in their underwear so we were expecting a lot of "sour grapes" type comments about it being disrespectful, etc.. What we weren't expecting quite so much were the MANY negative comments about how unattractive the participants were. Sure there were a few that could have hit the gym a little harder but we felt like the majority were actually quite fit and trim (and mostly quite a bit younger than we are-LOL). So it got us wondering if swingers are, in general, more or less tolerant of others who maybe aren't in spectacular shape. Or were you more tolerant before you became a swinger? We're not talking about people you'd necessarily like to fuck just about people in general. What say you?

What do you like most about lifestyles? - - In theory, the lifestyle is perfect for us. We have never regretted starting this adventure and still believe that it is right for us. We have met some wonderful friends and have had many very erotic and fun experiences. Can you feel the "but" coming here. LOL. We are beginning to see the very things we came to the lifestyle to avoid popping up everywhere. Closed-mindness, judgment, and dishonesty are invading the ranks. It is our belief that the lifestyle is supposed to be about open-mindness, acceptance, freedom, and fun. Other words also come to mind like variety, new experiences, non-judgment, truth, love, and joy. BUT (there it is), not only are we judged by the "vanilla" world (and that is okay; we expected that), we are judged by our own. You are too fat, you are too old, you have tatoos, etc., etc. A couple actually told us that we were incompatible because I had tatoos. One on each arm- OMG! LOL. We realize that people have preferences, but come on, two tatoos? It is not like I am the illustrated man. My point is this: let's not judge each other when we don't even know each other, let's not create social classes within our lifestyle, and , for God's sake people. let's be honest with each other. If you are on a swingers site to get your rocks off by cyber-chatting, then disclose to others what you are doing and wanting. Don't tell people you are going to meet them when you have no intention of doing so. Don't act like you are a couple when you are a single male or a cheating husband. Most of us are doing this to meet good people and have good sex. Let us do that without having to wade through dishonesty and hypocrisy. Let's do what we came here for--HAVE FUN! We love the lifestyle and, for the most part, love the wonderful people we have met. Let's keep it going and not ruin it.
