Does this happen to any other women? - General Discussion - This is sort of a venting as well as a general question. A bit personal, I know...however judging by other forums, I think it will be acceptable. I just want to know how other swingers perceive it and/or deal with it. For some strange reason it seems that whenever we make plans to go out to a swinger's club for a special party, or a really good swinger's house party...Aunt Flo shows up uninvited. I have had her show up FIVE days early and/or three or four days late just to ruin a potential good time. I don't know if it's because I'm worried about her coming subconsciously or it's just bad luck but it's quite frustrating :( Please tell me that others out there have this same experience as often as I do and that I'm not alone. Now I don't know about others in the lifestyle, but I have had many discussions with male friends and boyfriends in my life who won't come near a woman on their dot, they are repulsed by it. This way of thinking passed on to me so I wouldn't even consider trying to initiate anything sexual until Auntie packed her bags and left for the remainder of the month. How did you start the lifestyle? - - Mine started before his did. I for some reason have a vibe girls like. Even though I was straight at the time girls just liked me for some odd reason to me. My first girl is Morgan and I met her at a club one day when dancing. She instantly wanted my friendship soooo I thought but as the friendship rolled on she would tell me she loved girls. I just did not think it was me as I was no where near being a lesbian or like women in that way. A few months into our freindship I met Josh and we clicked like magic. He was sexy as could be. I just love tht man to peices. Now know that Morgan was also married to a man at the time and has 3 kids like I do. So when i met Josh she somewhat loved that we were three. She soon left her husband and dated another guy. Who thought Morgan liked my husband and its always been thta she liked me. So they broke up and she moved in with us. During this time we had lots of girls come play and I soon realized you did not have to be lesbian to please a girl and can still remain friends too. Josh loved that women liked me that way why wouldnt a man not like that lol. So we expanded to more girls and had Morgan play too. About 6 months later we were full swingers with women. We decided to start looking for couples as it seemed hard to find a pair who would play. We looked on Craigs list and found just single boys or lots of red flags. Lake Powell Trip June 11-14 (Last Topic got deleted somehow) - - OK,, not sure where the Announcement went but lets do this again.... Every year, we put on a Lake Powell trip. In previous years, it has been a mixed crowd,, swingers and vanillas. This year we are going to change it up and add a trip in June that is Lifestylers only. Dates for this are June 11-14. We are still doing the August trip as well, but it will be a bit tamer than the June trip. Houseboats will be availible for those that want to go. The cost last year for the houseboats worked out to be around $800 for the 4 days per couple. This included fuel. With decreased fuel prices this year, it should be a bit less. If we get enough people to warrant it, and if I can talk the pig supplier to provide pigs twice in one year (Yes, Buttabing, this is directed towards you) we will do a luau pig on Saturday night. Last year, some people tent camped as well so staying on a houseboat is not a requirement. As a courtesy though to those that are renting the houseboats, if you do use the amenities of the houseboat such as bathrooms, showers, cooking and kitchen stuff, etc... you donate to whoever rented the boat. Having a boat is not a requirement. Those that do have them don't seem to have a problem "adopting" those that don't. A bunch of peeps from this site went last year and from what we hear, everyone had a good time. I will need commitments from those that want to go no later than March 29th so I can ensure that I tie up enough houseboats for those that want them.
