Parties - Venting - We go to many of the parties and know many of the planners. They put a lot of effort into creating a great experience. This is certainly party season for Swingers. There are certainly some things to look at and make sure we won't have too many problems. I think there are a number of ways to get around any issues. What happens on a private residence is up to those who own the property. I think this is one of the reasons it would have to be a private club, members only. What consenting adults choose to do isn't illegal in a venue like a club any more than it is illegal in a private residence. The trick, as I understand it, is that the venue cannot be a public venue because then you run into public exposure and indecency laws. I could be wrong, and I would have to find someone who understands these kind of laws... the question is... who would actually know... lol.
You are correct, there will certainly be some challenges, but I think they can be worked through.
As for your idea of renting a house or something like that, I have thought about the same thing and it may be a good idea. Not a fix for what is needed in a club, but it is a start.

This game night will feature a Roman Toga theme with some accompanying Roman games. The afterparty will be even more eventful and really be something you don't want to miss! As usual, the first part of the evening will be the game night portion of the evening and will be pretty laid back, giving everyone a chance to have fun, chat with others, and just have a low-key good time.
The second half of the evening will be for those that really want to let their inner Roman out to play. We will have some icebreakers to help everyone bring out their sexy selves.
We have rented a house for the evening that will work out very well. With a built-in theater room, we plan on having some great movies playing to keep things hopping.
Make sure to dress in your best Roman Toga wear as we will be having a contest for best male and female costumes. Again, if you don't have one, you can still come!
The location is in the South part of the salt lake valley. We will provide the address, as well as the house rules after you RSVP and the date draws nearer.
Couples and single women are always welcome! No single guys, however.
