The definition of cheating - - Interesting discussion. Certainly from a relationship standpoint the classic definition of cheating is being with someone other than your partner physically and/or emotionally. As swingers, however, we often hold ourselves above others and fall back on the lying and/or sneaking around aspect. Personally I feel that being dishonest with the person you hold most dear in this life to be the essence of cheating for me. When information is withheld you take away that person's prerogative to choose whether or not to stay in the relationship with you based on your actions outside of the relationship. There are a million ways people rationalize cheating. I find that a person's attitude towards cheating is a very good litmus test for the depth of their character. Now should we talk about cheating on a test or cheating other people out of their hard earned money? How about cheating on your taxes or at a poker game with friends? At what point DOES cheating become morally reprehensible or should it be "all's fair in love and war" and "every man (or woman) for himself"? Or as SIRNEWBY asserts, is self deception/lying/cheating really the only valid metric? Or did I misunderstand your point, SN? It would be interesting to get feedback from people (I'm sure there are plenty) who've been cheated on.

At what point do you out yourselves to family and friends?? - - I completely agree with you on the fact about "IF" our son became a swinger oneday. We wouldn't care either way as long like you said he was making a responsible decision and not just going along with someone because he thought it sounded fun or he though hell mom and dad did it I can too. However I must say there are alot of ppl we know personally that would die if their children found out or indeed became swingers themselves,I am of the mind set ppll who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. So how did they find out about the party and get in touch with you in the first place? To find you it would seem to me that some reporter or research people are doing allot of research.
It seems too that allot of people are putting more weight on the fact that the media would be at the party rather then the fallout in the aftermath of of this. As others have said, KSL will not show faces or names, they can't under federal broadcasting laws. But I'm sure they will show screenshots of a computer with various swingers websites on it. Guaranteed there will be many Utahn's signing-up for free memberships to browse these sites for friends, neighbors, and members of their Ward. This is the real issue. Not the press itself on that night, but the publicity it will bring to the lifestyle.
Single Females - Here's Your Chance - I think this is biast, and not the type of thing to be writing on a swingers website, not all men and women are jealous!
Swingers Dares - Text for cards in the game - Here is a twist you might like...when I was still living in Utah, a guy I know had the game JENGA that most of are familiar with. The fun part came in like this. He took the blocks and put numbers on about 1/2 of them (1,2,3,4....etc.). When the blocks were stacked for the start of the game, they made sure to stack them so that no one could see the numbers. Before the game started, everyone got a piece of paper with the numbers on it. Depending on the number of people playing, each person was assigned their share of the numbers. You would then write down a sexy or nasty dare or a sexy question, a different one for each number. All of the papers went into a pile and the game began.
As people pulled the blocks, if you got one with a number on it, someone would find that corresponding number on the papers and whoever pulled the block had to do whatever was written on the paper. The best part was that no one knew who wrote what dares. Gets pretty exciting.
Note: Ground rules that are appropriate for the group (if there are any) need to be laid out before people write down the dares so as to avoid any akward situations. The only one we came across was MM dares, but the FF ones were never a problem ;)
We now have our own set of blocks here in SD.
