Policing Ourselves - Can it be done? - Recently a suggestion was made that we as a group need to educate and police ourselves as a group in this our chosen lifestyle (thats swinging for all us simple folk) .
In order to do this effectively wouldnt there have to be some set of rules that everyone would be expected to adhere to? What would those rules be? how would they be created and ratified? would swingers from their respective states send represntatives to a central location to vote on these rules(oops now we get into politics) ? If you were teaching a new person (regarless of marital status or gender) the rules about swinging what would you teach them first?
I really would love to hear as much as possible from you guys.

We only feel this is needed it they ask us if we want to get a room. At that time you just have to say something and it is never easy.
Do you make some sort of lame excuse and beat a hasty retreat hoping they will get the hint? Do you move on to another couple that you are attracted to and look annoyed when the first couple follows you around all night. Of course some people just won't take a hint or take "no" for an answer and for those you DO have to be blunt.
This is one method that does seem to work. It is easier if you do it early on in the timeline like the first 5 mins or less.
So what techniques do y'all use in situations like this? How do you be nice to others without necessarily encouraging them?

Anyone else getting sick of clubs - - I think a house party would be awesome....never been to one though. I keep moving so I have few friends. OUCH - Anyone caught swinging bu family or friends? - Ran into Ms. Evil's cousin a few years ago. Were invited to an annual bbq non-swing party by a couple who WERE swingers but they said even though all vanilla sometimes the party could got quite steamy. Hung out, drank a lot and flirted with all the cute vanillas and our hosts. Suddenly (while naked in the hottub) I saw Ms. Evil's cousin walk in. Turns out the cousin was a FWB of the hosts since high school and frequently joined them for sex.
