The Very Nicest Turndown - Tell US -
We have had our share of turn downs, but most we have found people just don't respond. From the few that actually took the time to respond I can't remember anyone doing more than saying no thanks.
We did save one response to a rejection letter we sent, the only one ever saved. She wrote an entire 1 page letter about how we should not judge books/people by the cover. It was quite a read. It was in response to one of our nicer rejecting letters where we politely pointed out we had no interest and suggested some swingers groups they might consider exploring (they were just started to explore the lifestyle). oh well.

If you are married and want a divorce and your partner will not give you one, should you be forced to have her approval to swing? It is easy for us to say do this or do that. But some things are not easy to do. I spent 10 years being emotionally separated from my wife before my divorce. Due to certain circumstances, divorce was not even a consideration during that period of my life. But for me, sex with others was not a consideration either. However, I sure understand why some men would make it an option. We all have opinions and there are no easy answers and no right or wrong ones that are set in stone. There are only the ones that are right for you. It sounds to me that you have already made up your mind though.

Body Size - - Well my dear, I to have been blessed with " more cushion for the pushin". I did recently go surgical for weight loss but it was strictly for health reasons. Not vanity. Swingers Next Door! - ABC news story on Swinging! - I've heard that the A&E show is just what I thought it'd be, the young & beautiful and tension emanating from the vanilla neighbors. Of the 3 things I expected, so far, apparently, there hasn't been a marriage destroyed by swinging, but I'd be surprised if that doesn't turn out to be part of this "reality" show. But after just 1 episode, it looks like I'm 2 out of 3.
I'm sorry, but I really think the show is an attempt, probably successful, to exploit something most people would find edgy and fascinating. I'd love to see a REAL reality show about swingers, but somehow I doubt that will ever happen because it wouldn't fit the "successful TV show" formula well enough. The closest I know of to an honest portrayal of things society thinks are taboo was that "real sex" series. And look how long that lasted. Certainly not long enough to have covered the many things that would have fit into the show's premise. If it was still running now there'd still be lots of things out there for new episodes. My suspicion is that while the title might have been, the actual shows just weren't sensational enough for it to be a long term success. ~ Terry
