Mormons - - Evil, we agree. We want to believe that therr is a gene or a doctorine in the BoM that creates hot swingers, but this is a dead thread. Mormons are no more likely to be swingers than anyone else.
Las Vegas Swingers club - - Just go. You have to fill out some paperwork for "membership" and get a tour - but it makes for a great introduction. If you're going on a Friday/Saturday you might want to get there by 9 or a little before.
How to add an event? - Looking into adding an event. - A friend of ours is operating a local club and wants to promote a swingers night. We were asked if we could potentially help with this. We'd like to create an event on the events page. But I'm not sure how. I'm assuming there is some additional verification that has to take place first?
Also i know many events seem to be restricted to couples and single females, is it a bad idea to open events up to everyone? This would be a semi public venue so it would be difficult to restrict attendees.
Friends or swinging partner - - That's not really an easy question to answer. We've met a bunch of couples just once. We generally don't hop into bed on the first date, but it does happen. I think there have been couples that we've hopped into bed with that we might not see in other than swinger settings, but we definitely have friends we swing with that we would and do. There are swinger couples we'd really like to spend vanilla time with but just haven't had the time. SWMTCPL you used two little words in your original post that opened this thread, "to us". Those two little words accommodate for a lot of variation in this lifestyle. When you say "to us" you are telling everyone how you fit in the big picture of what the swinger lifestyle is. If you read another persons profile or listen to what the have to say as to what their desires and interest are, you know what this lifestyle means to them. If we are open minded enough to understand this, and don't try to force our beliefs on others, who have view's that differ from ours, we are genuine swingers. The most basic rule in swinging is NO MEANS NO. If you are confronted by someone who does not suit your desires, be it because of their looks, gender or the activity, you can always say NO, and go your own way in this lifestyle.
thoughts on Pictures - - I have to agree that just a genital shot for an opener is not very good. But I have also seen face shots that look like mug shots and sure are not much more interesting. Come on, this is a SWINGERS site!!! After all the object is to promote our involvement in this lifestyle. Our profile and pics are supposed to tell something about us. My wife likes to pose, and I enjoy taking her pictures. We try to use pics that show how we feel, or how we want to be precieved in the lifestyle. We get lots of feed back telling how they like her smile, or how we look like a fun couple. It makes us feel good that people enjoy what we have to share with them.
Some people have no pics at all, others have one, or just a few dull shots, or the close up genital shots. Put something into your albums, and you will get more out of this site, and maybe this lifestyle. Thats my opinion.
Swingers at work... - - The first day I got a profile on another swinger site (I have three), I was browsing through the 'who's online' section and recognized a guy that works in an office adjoining mine. We've never directly spoken about it but I have casually discussed an off premise club via e-mail without mentioning anything swinger about it. It is kinda wierd when you're in that situation because you kinda want to say something but think you probably shouldn't.
Vegas Club Party - Local Vegas Swingers club party - Thanks for posting the website, wasnt sure if I could do that or not. Yes this club is a step up from others in town. Its new so word is still getting out about it but if you want to try something new and meet some nice friendly people you wont go wrong.
The staff will show you around and even introduce you to everyone, they wont just take your money and your on your own at all. They take the time to make sure new people feel welcomed. Its nice that people are hearing about the club and the parties they have, its going to be a great weekend hope others will come and try it out too.
