Polyamory - polyanorous couples. - We have been in a Poly relationship with another couple for 2 years. There have been lots of great times and some rough times we have had to work through. It takes a completely stable marriage for the spouses and tons of open and honest communication from everyone involved. Both marriages are going on 20 yrs+ Every poly situation is different. Some have very strict rules, however we chose not to have rules. We just have mutual respect for one anothers marriages and each individual relationship between the four of us. If it ended today, I would have no regrets what so ever. Our lives have been enriched beyond belief and our marriages are stronger and happier than ever. I have learned so much about love, relationships, communication, and myself during these last couple of years and I wouldn't change a thing. Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - Bunny, just a couple of thoughts on this.
First: When he picks a screen name that defines him as an object ( his dick) and not as a human, he has degraded himself in the eyes of many, especially those who seek to meet new
people and make friends. It says that he in only interested in one thing, and that pigeonholes him from the beginning.
Second: There are literally thousands of sites for singles only, obviously meaning that couples
aren't allowed. Singles can be seen by some to be interlopers, predators, or worse.
Third: Loathing or distain might be more accurate to describe the situation. Jumping on the use of hate sounds like self vicitimization. If he is so proud of what he is or has, don't play victim if someone doesn't automatically feel stimulated by him.
How to find other swingers - - Since colored wrist bands are already in use by kids letting each other know who far they have gone, sexually, it would or could make kids think that mom and dad are having sex or something.... We all know that parents do not have sex..... Right? I made an innocuous comment about sex one time and one of my daughters. She said that that was more than she ever wanted to know... What do you do with Friend Requests? - - We recently added the following to our profile...
We seem to be getting loads of blind friend requests without so much as a 'Hi, like your profile...". If you are legitimately interested in meeting us/getting to know us we would hope you would drop us a quick note with your request or we'll probably assume you are just looking to 'perv' our private pictures and say thanks but no thanks. This is ESPECIALLY true is you are not even in the same time zone. In which case you probably ought to offer some explanation as to why we ought to be friends... ;)
AND YET, not a day goes by that we don't get two or three blind friend requests with no other note or introduction... don't people read profiles?? If someone can't be bothered to read our profile can we really believe that you are legitimately interested in knowing us? The only other assumption is that you are collecting private pics, collecting 'friends', perv'ing the swingers... NO to the friend request, NO to seeing more of us naked.
