New Years Party (1/2 In Pocatello) - Let's celebrate 2015 and welcome 2016!! - Well, it is that time of year for us all to look back on the year that is just about over and reflect upon it as it has been an interesting year for our group of sexy friends. STDs in the lifestyle - telling people they're no big deal - Hate to say it people, but if you are scared of STD's, this is probably the worst type of hobby, ativity you can have. Condoms or not the chance of contracting something still exists. Condoms break and the other juices flying around can circumvent a condom or other forms of protection. Especially HPV which is pretty common in sexually active people. It's not life-threatening but can be for women with the increased incidence of cervical cancer. It's like a lot of the other types of non life-threatening diseases, even if they aren't, who the hell wants to deal with something that you don't have to begin with? I mean even if there are treatments available, I'd rather not have to deal with something I contracted for the mere "Want" to fuck other people. See what I'm getting at? Like ThoughtGarden said, "abstinence" is the only way you can guarantee safety. So, again if you are worried, you might want to find another hobby, or just be extra safe and have a great time. It's what we've done and haven't had any problems so far. It's that one time though that could change a lot of peoples opinion on the lifestyle and safety. I do remember reading something that stated swingers for the most part are married, and believe it or not have an incredibly low rate of STD's because they keep the swinging on the inside with other safe, married couples. So, Single guys, sorry you are carriers of many bugs! LOL. Kidding. Screen them too and ask lots of questions. I think we can all have a great time. Swingers gone bad?? - - Still agree what was done is a wrong but I was just thinking of an old movie, "The Summer of '42" and can't remember any public outcry about a movie showing some young boy being mentally scared by an older lady. (Great movie BTW - nominated for over a dozen awards and winning two. It also allowed for a great standing joke as a teen saying "I'm bringing the marshmallows - what are you bringing? I'm too long from 16 to know for sure but can't say with any level of certainty if I would have turned down a older women wanting to teach me. Still wrong and I know for sure I have a major double standard because I wouldn't feel the same if this was a 15 year old girl. Could be because I'm a guy and have daughters. I find it hard to understand the "why" of doing it with the risk. I also doubt any young teen would have that much to offer (I do remember a bit from those days and can say for sure my best performance did not occur in the back seat of my parents car!)
