Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - We have played withcouples from the early 20's and up...we have never cared about age.. Church Swingers, are they out there? - - Based on interaction with quite a few people at clubs and on the internet, I believe that people tend to keep their religious beliefs and their temporal lives separate, for the most part. Swinging is not part of their religion and religion is not part of their swinging lifestyle. The Japaneese say that they compartmentalize different things in their lives... I think to some extent we all do that as well. We don't bring our work lives into our homes. We don't bring our sex lives to the dinner table. So religion and swinging are no real difference... They may seem incompatable but if kept separate there might be no conflict. As for looking for a church where one can find swingers...... You probably are sitting next to a family who swings in your pew or the pew in front of you... Swingers are just people who have made a choice to enjoy sex with people who they are not married to or partnered with... So I would be interested as to how someone would introduce themselves to someone at church to find out if that couple swings.... I would think that meeting people who swing at other venues would be the ticket and then seeing if it is extended into their church.... Networking is the best way to meet people and ultimately finding those who are church goers...
Swinging/Polyamory - I just wanted to hear other people thoughs on this....... - Much of what has been said I agree with, but I do know poly couples in the lifestyle. Their swinging is a bit more complicated as far as the decision process because I would imagine that such a decision would need to be agreed upon by all partners involved.
The biggest difference I think between regular swingers and those who are involved in poly relationships is while most people who swing would shun the development of emotional ties to other swingers thinking it would be the doom of their spousal (primary) relationship, those who are also involved in or those who are open to the possibility of poly relationships would welcome the development of additional relationships for what they are knowing there is neither a need to replace their spouse or run off with the person they have formed this new relationship with. It does add further complication to their life, but it can also enrich it tremendously.

Disabled Swingers - - I am the male half of a couple. I am also disabled and in a wheelchair. Add to that I am new to the lifestyle. Shelley my other half is a gorgeous BBW (on the smaller side of BBW). She was very active in the lifestyle prior to us getting married. We have had a couple threesomes in the beginning of our relationship. Now after 12 years of marriage I am finally secure enough in our relationship for us to become active again.
Yet we are finding it very difficult to actually find folks to play with and or parties that are accessible to my chair. We have had folks online come right out and tell us that if it was not for me being in a wheelchair they would have no problem meeting us. Heck we even had one couple come right out and ask me if Shelley would be willing to play solo cause they did not want to have anything to do with someone in a wheelchair (not from here).
So I guess what my question is, is there actually active disabled folks in the lifestyle and are there non disabled couples willing to get together with those of us who might have physical challenges. Or am I just going to be constantly rolling uphill?
