On Premise Swingers Club - SLC - I have attended lifestyle clubs in Vegas and Phoenix Arizona. Red Rooster once had trouble with the law over the building permits. The city made it tough on them but Mike and Chris got through the permit recertification. They also were able to prove that they accepted Donations at the door not a fee. And did offer food and had no serving Alcohol of their control. It was BYOA. In Phoenix Guys and Dolls kept the police out of their hair by creating a compound for vehicles. When the cops were there the gates would close and search warrents were needed. Thus just cause was a requirement. Also asked for Donations, had food serving. I recommend if you plan to start a club. Go to other cities and with contact to the establishment to talk to their attorney ask for help in educating how their system works. That would go a long way. Choose a good industrial area to organize and set up operations. Maybe a closed hotel could be the location, like Edgewater West in Oakland California. Wish you luck.

TOTAL attention...When you have a couple, he or she will always be aware of their spouse or spousal equivalent...Thus NOT giving 100% of their attention. 2.) NO ONE has to sit out...Earlier you stated that you would not want to watch someone do your wife, as it would bore you. Do you watch porn? Ahhhh...Live porn...What could be better? If someone in a couple takes a break to get a drink, have a smoke, go to the restroom...whatever they do on their break, they come back and watch 2 people with someone, don't you think they would be just as bored as you are? Swing Clubs in Las Vegas - - We are going to be in Vegas the middle of November for 5 days. Staying at the Hard Rock or Planet Hollywood, haven't decided yet. Our experience (getting close to 30 years in the swinging trenches) has shown that the authorities almost invariably use other (easier to prosecute) issues to shut down naughty things like swinging parties. Recently in Texas they're trying to use zoning ordinances and disturbing the peace and, believe it or not, parking ordinances. Quite often it's alcohol related. Not too many years ago with a local, fairly prominent swinger who held frequent parties in his upscale neighborhood they nailed him for providing alcohol to minors (apparently one girl at one of his parties was not yet 21). And I would ague that Las Vegas is anything but tolerant for swingers parties or really anything related to sex. They love to sell the idea of sex but when the rubber meets the road they are as intolerant as anywhere we've been. I don't remember the last hotel takeover we attended in Vegas where a topless pool wasn't promised and then shut down by the local authorities. Of course the big money hotels have absolutely no problem providing topless pools...if they can charge a hefty premium to do so. Vegas is all sizzle and no steak (in the vernacular of my grandfather).

I used to belong to a group here in UT that would throw monthly parties at a local hotel that were run a like the house parties you are describing. There would be a large meeting room for everyone to meet and mingle with games and some light munchies. then there was always someone that would host the after party orgy in their room.
