The licensing process is very public and anyone involved in the licensing will have a lot of exposure. Licensing applications often require background checks, names, business site visits and walkthroughs, and ongoing mandatory surveys after the business opens. Publicity and continued legal battles with the state and city scare couples away.
Research Plato’s a Short-lived swingers club in NYC that was briefly open. During its existence it was continually challenged, closed, reopened, raided, and ultimately put out of business. If NYC ensures Plato's went out of business how is a swingers club in Utah going to fare?

Swingers Vacation Spots - Help us - I have to agree with a couple responses above...HEDONISM ROCKS. Hedo is in Jamaicca. They have 2 spots. Hedonism II and Hedonism III. They are an all inclusive vacation that you would buy. Depending on the time of year you go, you and your spouse could get an ALL inclusive (yes this includes drinks too) for probably under $2,000. We have intentions of going for our first trip to Hedonism in October 2004 (this will be our 10th anniversary). Why not stay to the basic's: One color which just signifies you are swingers and can be worn outside the club these also can have a universal Logo of choice. Have Two clors which shows Female is BI, multicolored, and Third, tri-colored, which shows Both are Bi. That's One band with NO more then 3 colors which u can wear anywear and maybe meet new people u wouldn't have been able to do before.

Best swingers club for a 26m/36f couple - - I would recommend playhousLV for people your age. Just my personal experience. We've been to all of the above mentioned ones in vegas and the crowd at those clubs were much older. PlayhouseLV has been amazing every time we've been. Always a good crowd of attractive younger people. Lots of play spaces and always a ton of people playing. We get lucky every time we go there. When we went to flirts all older people literally just hanging at the bar drinking. I kid u not. Not a single room was being utilized to play in. EXTREMELY BORING. Whispers we left 5 minutes after walking through the door because the crowd was much older. And not very attractive.
