There are plenty of people here who are fine with that particular scenario and more than a few who are also looking, specifically, for that type of play. No need to go elsewhere. The trick is to find couples that won't try to punk you and get you to do a full swap after leading you to believe they are okay with your rules.
Also, there are quite a few women that aren't really bi or are only bi up to a point. It could be partly due to the fact that you're in Cedar. Additionally, we've noticed that your particular play preference is more common among younger couples so that could be making your search difficult as well. And one last problem (I know, right?), swingsites are slowly dying and more and more people are using alternative methods to find people to hook up with. A Place In The Lifestyle - - Well, It sounds more like a Utah club. We do not have swinger clubs here. Unless the club wishes to work at keeping people that are not in the lifestyle out, you may have to find another way to determine the swinging couples. Maybe the swinger wrist bands are a good idea at that club to identify others in the lifestyle. It would take some work on your part talking with those you may already know are in the lifestyle. You may not wish to wear them other places but it would solve a lot of problems for you in the club.
Now the other question of who belongs is very difficult to answer. A lot of swingers do not swing very often or with very many others. So I see little difference between meeting one lifestyle or the other. As long as you are comfortable with your lifestyle, and asking another person if they are in the lifestyle, I do not see how you can lose. In Utah the chances are always slim that anyone will say yes straight away if they do not already know you. I would say that since it is a swinger club you have a greater chance than we do here at finding people in the lifestyle and you might even find some converts.
How much is too much - The right protocol? - I would think that there are a few issues here.
1. If you haven't talked or chatted with any of these folks you've sent a fr to, or at least sent a message along with the fr, they may just delete it. That's what we do.
2. If they do approve in these cases, they could just be doing it so they can go in and view your private pics then delete the friend and then you can't view theirs. Kinda chickenshit in my opinion.
3. You age could be hinder some to take you seriously as swingers because I have noticed that although everyone likes young women, some feel that the younger couples are not mature enough to be swingers.

Swinging is almost always a relationship with minimal commitment (commitment/relationship is wide open to the participants to dictate as they wish) required since the participants are usually already in a committed relationship. Here it branches, and there are three ways to go.
1 Swingers that are in a committed relationship (married or SO or single) and don't want someone that would interfere with that base relationship. Just enjoy some recreational sex with others (the vast majority). If they want to grow it beyond, then go for it and enjoy. (Least restritive of the bunch)
2 Cheaters and yes boys and girls, there are a lot of gals that fit this catagorie even if they are way outnumbered by males.
