What really defines a TRUE swinger? - - My definition of "Swingers" is a couple in which both partners have agreed to allow the other to have an intimate relationship with another person. There are lots of situations that fit that description and lots of emotional states that occur as a result of swinging but that description works for me. Swingers at work... - - About a year ago my wife was visiting one of the fast food stores she owns. It is one in the next town that has a full time General Manager and a manager so she spends minimal time there.
She was walking thru and over heard two employee talking. Clearly it was about a local swing club but no one but a member would know.
She discretely took one employee to the side and asked if they were speaking (female first name) and (male first name)'s party. She was.
Ended up that several of the employee's were attending the same party we were going to. Apparently we had all been going but just never on the same nights.
Needless to say it was an interesting evening the time where my wife and I along with three of her employees were all at the same party. A little space was given but by the third or forth time we were all at a party at the same time it worked out ok.
The no play rule is VERY firm and it is NEVER mentioned at work. Thank goodness the store was eventually sold to new owners so the concern is much less.

Mormon Swingers - - Hi, I have recently heard that there is a huge underground of Mormon couples who swing. Is that true? If so, I'd definitely like to become better acquainted with them. Ha anyone else heard about this? Any info?
Divorce rates - How do we compare - Accurate stats on this would be tough to get because of who would answer honestly that they were swinging before getting divorced - but you could probably get close and our bet would be that its pretty close to 50/50??
Having said that, I guess we're going to skew the stats negatively towards the swingers since we plan on getting divorced as soon as all the kids are grown. We dont believe that marriage is needed to prove ones love and commitment for each other. We we're successful at this for the first 7 years, and 2 kids; (bastards - lol) of our relationship. But back in the day before GLBT(P) started fighting for equal rights, insurance companies wouldn't cover "straight" partners either, so we got married to get coverage, among some of the other rights that might pertain to our children.
We have no problem with others getting married to extend their love for one another and we celebrate it. However, we absolutely detest governments using marriage as a tool to control the masses and their choice of romantic endeavors with each other - the rights that straight couples also loose from this should have many more people up in arms about it!
This is one of the problems that has aided in the distortion of what love, marriage and true friendship really is which in turn causes more divorce... and people that CANT HANDLE SWINGING.
