Those damn single men! - Where do they fit in this lifestyle? - AKLIM...In response to your question: WHat can a single bring to the table that a couple cannot? 1.) TOTAL attention...When you have a couple, he or she will always be aware of their spouse or spousal equivalent...Thus NOT giving 100% of their attention. 2.) NO ONE has to sit out...Earlier you stated that you would not want to watch someone do your wife, as it would bore you. Do you watch porn? Ahhhh...Live porn...What could be better? If someone in a couple takes a break to get a drink, have a smoke, go to the restroom...whatever they do on their break, they come back and watch 2 people with someone, don't you think they would be just as bored as you are? Don't you think you or your wife are worthy of more attention from a triad situation than a few minutes while someone takes a break? 3.) (Directed at Mr. AKLIM) Are you telling me if a single woman wrote you, you would not want to meet? Come on...EVERY man in America would like 2 women at the same time...it is the most common fantasy! 4.) What's wrong with Mr or Mrs. having a little fun on the side while someone IS out of town? Because he is married or something? Makes no sense to us...ANYONE does something like that unapproved and they should be tossed, but because SO many people have HEARD of bad experiences with single men...NOT actually experienced them themselves, they assume it is the way it is. How many profiles have you seen where someone says we are newbies, then says NO SINGLE MEN like 15 times? Where did they get that? They have not met anyone, they have not been to a club, they are new...Probably from someone else's profile...THEN there are those who say< "Searching for: Single Men, Single Women, Couples" but later in the profile, the last sentence is "No single men" or something like that...You have MANY people in the forums saying they only play with couples, but their profile says differently...And then they want to come in her and bitch that a single man wrote them! Too old ???? - - I am calling it the way we have seen it. We both started playing around in lifestyles just under 40 years ago. The computer and internet wasn't that big a help, you had to find people at bars and clubs and places couples were known to hang out. You really walked gently then but word didn't travel as fast so you could maintain anonymity much easier. With chat rooms on the net and websites just for lifestyles, it became easier to meet people but also required more caution. We had a blast meeting couples, making friends and exploring all kinds of lifestyle activities. Cyn was a doll and always being chased. I guess I wasn't too bad either since I was never left out. Under 10 years ago we took a break. During that time most of our favorite clubs went away, the news media made big issues about swingers, alot of our friends moved, died or divorced. We decided to try getting back in because we missed the friendships with a more open feeling, not necessarily the sex. We came back in our early 60's, just a few years ago. We changed physically, gained a little weight, went grey, lost some hair... most of the things that happen about now. We posted some nice current pics, updated our profile honestly and waited. A few nice gentlemen responded to Cyn, but even then, it was lean pickings. My opinion is that we are all selfish animals, including Cyn and I. There is nothing more exciting than a hot, tight young body. The physical attraction fades as we wrinkle, expand and change. Finding other couples becomes difficult and very selective. Putting up those bigger numbers on our age does not help. Posting honest pics is a double-edged sword. While it's good to be honest it also deters people away. We have found meeting people whenever possible makes the best connection, the way it was in the beginning. When you let people meet you, learn what they are really like and they see what you really are, the relationship seems to solidify quicker and without having to fake it in any way. Its hard, miserable and frustrating after all the fun we had in younger years, but our bodies aged, not our minds. Good luck.. a good friendship is worth the effort.

I’m defense of single males - Funny old geezers - We are in our sixth year on this site. We are also currently on three more sites, even after dropping two more. When we joined Swingular, we were taken aback from the negativity toward single guys. We did not see this this level of animosity on any other of the sites we are or were on. Aside from the folks from Idaho and Wyoming (and very, very few nationwide), this site is predominately Utah based. I am not negatively judging Utah since a survey or research was never done, but we had to wonder if this hatred is a Utah thing. Or was it a few couples who made it seem normal to criticize, demean, humiliate; and then everyone just jumped on the bandwagon? Human history has taught us that ostracizing is easier than accepting. Who knows? We certainly don't understand it. Many couples correctly point out that single guys are not [b]"swingers"[/b] since they don't swap. But, we believe that single guys are part of the [b]"lifestyle"[/b] for many couples. Why is fmf ok, but mfm is not ok? As a side note: The vast majority of our play is with couples(our preference). But we occasionally like mfm for the different dynamics it offers. We have been very lucky with mfm and haven't had a bad experience yet, which I cannot say is always true with every couple we've met.
