I don't think it is a legal issue, I think it is more of an issue of not knowing for certain if the concept would fly and have enough attendance to justify the massive expense in opening one up. I may decide to do it if it looks like it will be well-attended.

A dance floor is something we were planning, but we would want it in a separate area so there were still areas where people could chat without loud thumping music in their ears.

Being super private, discreet, and extremely safe is something that would be our top priority. We have no desire to have our sexuality on display for the rest of the world either. I am considering making it a private club, which it would probably have to be for legal purposes, and we would have to create some kind of vetting process where you can only become a member if you know a member who can vouch for you, type of thing. That way we can make sure that everyone who is showing up is someone who is either part of the lifestyle already or seriously considering to be part of it. The last thing we want is to have "outsiders" coming just to gawk and potentially cause problems.
Additionally, cameras and cell phones would have to be left upon entrance so there would be no risk of cameras on site that could compromise the privacy of the guests.

WIFE AND I WILL BE AT CLUB HABITS SATURDAY 23 - - I went to a meet/greet a while ago at Club Habits and instantly became a member due to the environment and dress code. Our friends love it there and often after our "naturalist swim" Saturday nights we go to Habits and finish the night off. The Naturalist group are not swingers however if any swingers/members find themselves there Saturday night I would love to have you join my wife and i for a drink and say hello.
We always sit in the same place, the small room near the front west corner from 9-10pm until close.
This is in no way a special event or to take away from the regular group that meet at this club. Just my way of inviting other club members to look us up.:D

Amusing Story about bad planning - Notice nobody asked the swinger\'s opinions - Let\'s see, 13 and younger wandering the hotel on New Years Eve un escorted by parents. Where were the parents and why were they not doing a better job of keeping track of the kids? There are far scarier things in hotels late at night than swingers. Let's see, you just said that people confess to their bisbop. How is that any different from what I said? I remember being in college and the bisbop called me in, supposedly a girl I had messed around with concessed to her bishop, that bisbop made her tell him my name, and he turned around and told my bisbop. So that confess and tell name part is somewhat true/sarcasm...the rest is pure sarcasm that me and my other mormon friends would just laugh at... I'm no longer active, and I have no hate for the church, but mormon myths are just funny whether active or nonactive... SARCASM, CAN I GET A AMEN
