Orlando on the 21st - - I don\'t mean to be negative or difficult, but the general \"lay of the land\" for swingers in Orlando - has been discussed here before - with the conclusion that aside from Tastebuds (which is wonderful, but meets each *Saturday* night - not on Friday when you\'ll be there) - there really isn\'t much in the way of \"public\" entertainment. At what point do you out yourselves to family and friends?? - - Most of our long-term friends know we've always had an "open relationship" (and the guys are all jealous LOL), and a couple of my wife's close girlfriends know about the nature of the "clubs" we go to on weekends sometimes. (We've even managed to play with one or two of those friends ;) ) As for family, we'd never tell either side. Hers would have a real hard time I think, my siblings are younger than me but not kids anymore and probably wouldn't care. I'd say both sides would be comfortable with a "don't ask, don't tell" philosophy. Just a comment on Dr. Ziggy's post - we're the "live & let live type," and we're not at all ashamed of what we do. We wouldn't care if the whole world knew if it didn't affect our lives, but the reality would be very different, I'm sure. Religion is a means to control populations. Moral and ethics are dictated by religion and or organized religion first and then government... But lest we forget that organized religion was the government in the early days of the church.. Monogamy is the product of religion and government to make sure of heritage and property rights. BTW this is not simply a Christian practice but many religions do exactly the same thing.. Now, as for the Bible. The Bible is a collection of books and stories that were handed down by word of mouth and then laid down in writing in Sanskrit, and ancient Hebrew and then to a more modern form of Hebrew as well a Ancient Greek.. then a more modern version of Greek. These text were translated by the "Holy" Roman Church and transcribed for humanity and the masses control by monks under papal control. many of the Cannons of the Roman Catholic Church have been more or less adopted by the secular or temporal law, the law of the government. Some things need to be understood about the Bible. IT was written by men translated from dead languages or languages that had changed and it is entirely possible that it was manipulated for the purposes of the Church... So where does that put us.... We believe what we want to, what we have been programmed to or we modify that programming to allow for us to do what we feel we have a right to do. What we believe will allow us to still live a good life even if it is against the mores and ethics of the church and or the temporal laws. It kind of like going 70 in a 65 MPH zone... We feel we have a right, besides we'll probably not get caught and maybe we just want to see if we will get caught.. Doing things against ones religion is like that to some extent... Maybe God is watching Mary down the street. Maybe I don't believe that my church is right. Maybe heaven and hell are a fabrication of religion to keep us in line... Maybe God was invented by man to explain why things are what they are and why things happen the way they do... Do we have to reconcile our lives to religious "BELIEFS" or do we live our lives the best way we know. Harm no one if possible. Live life to the fullest, it's too short to play it too safe. Oh and before I forget, someone stated that they love their creator....Isn't that kind of like swinging.... He/She is not our mate. Oh and how about the old testament... All the wives of Solomon and David. How about Isaac... His wife gave him her hand maden and besides if you look at the text... he already had several concubines as did many other biblical figures.... I think maybe we could call them all swingers.....So beat this subject to the ground and in the end it's all up to what you WANT to BELIEVE.

What do you like most about lifestyles? - - In theory, the lifestyle is perfect for us. We have never regretted starting this adventure and still believe that it is right for us. We have met some wonderful friends and have had many very erotic and fun experiences. Can you feel the "but" coming here. LOL. We are beginning to see the very things we came to the lifestyle to avoid popping up everywhere. Closed-mindness, judgment, and dishonesty are invading the ranks. It is our belief that the lifestyle is supposed to be about open-mindness, acceptance, freedom, and fun. Other words also come to mind like variety, new experiences, non-judgment, truth, love, and joy. BUT (there it is), not only are we judged by the "vanilla" world (and that is okay; we expected that), we are judged by our own. You are too fat, you are too old, you have tatoos, etc., etc. A couple actually told us that we were incompatible because I had tatoos. One on each arm- OMG! LOL. We realize that people have preferences, but come on, two tatoos? It is not like I am the illustrated man. My point is this: let's not judge each other when we don't even know each other, let's not create social classes within our lifestyle, and , for God's sake people. let's be honest with each other. Hosting a swingers Party - - there is a few ways to do this . and like i noticed someone say u have to be careful on how u do things . if u dont have a lic, then u cant TELL PEOPLE THEY AHVE TO PAY U . u can ask for a dontation to help with the cost . but if anyone choose not to pay u still have to let them in . if not u can get into alot of trouble . one way to charge and it be ok is to have a private group with priavte parties .u can tell the group what kinda of party and then ask them to please send a dontaion with a id pic of them being 21 and over and then email them the loctaion to the party .i am sorry u have friends that dont want to help out with their share to help the party be good . i have never met anyone like that . all the private parties i have been to or heard abot everybody was more then happy to pay to help the party . but u have to be very careful about stuff like this . cops look for every reason to bust a swingers party . if the achool is being handed to u , they will bust u . if u tell them they have to pay to come they will bust u . i would look in to it and the laws in your state . u can always stop by the cops station and ask some questions . but please be very careful . i hate to see people geting busted for trying to get together and have a party . if people in your group dont want to pay u . then i would throw the parties at a club . u can call clubs and tell them how many people are in your group and what night u would like to go and most of the time they will give u and your group a deal to get in . and then the poeple have to pay . and it isnt going to u . so u dont have to worry about breaking any laws . and yall still get to hang out and have fun . naughty dreams freaky kitty
