Cruise - pricing - You guys are really bitching about paying $2000 for two people for a 7 day lifestyle takeover cruise? I heard Utah people were cheap but come on. Let's break that down per day... $285... per couple... per day... We've been many places that aren't nearly as nice as being on a cruise with 2100 swingers and paid a lot more than that for just hotel rooms. Throw in car rental and food and you're out even more. So what if you're paying $600 more than what they charge for a regular cruise... you don't have to worry about children and you're around people you can actually have fun with. Sounds like the extra money is worth it to me. And have you ever been on ANY vacation when you fly? Add in airfare, liquor, tips and gratuities as well. You're not getting those things free on most other vacations anyways. Did you go to SwingFest? The rooms there were $300 a night! So if you can't afford this cruise, don't knock the people who put it together, we've been waiting for something like this for a long time and they deserve to make a bit of money off this because I'm sure it wasn't easy. And you're probably the ones who bitch about there never being any events or parties for lifestylers, then when someone puts one together, you bitch about it because they make a dollar for their efforts. We'll be on the cruise and we'll be glad to see those who aren't cheap on there with us.

Vegas next month - - we can only speak for what we like: zumanity and absinthe are fun and SEXY. copperfield: was great, chris angel = HORRIBLE carrot top: we've seen 3 times, and he updates his show regularly. you will be pleasantly surprised. gordy browne: we've seen 3 times funny and a great variety show any cirque' show is worth seeing, dress up and have a fun date night together. laugh factory & brad garrett's comedy clubs are fun, but really not any better than the cheaper ones you can find @ the discount ticket booths. free concerts on the weekend @ Fremont experience, + great place to people watch! you could go to any of the topless pools, but you DO have to pay to get in. best value is buying a lounger because it comes with food and drink. couples oasis: a private swingers club, huge variety of people that go artisan hotel is a fun and sexy boutique hotel, not well known, but a lot better than any of the swingers clubs. do NOT stay there if you want peace and quiet. western sahara: sex & stripper shops for fun & sexy clothing we go to vegas monthly because we live nearby, and we stay somewhere different each time. sometimes down town, sometimes on the strip, and sometimes @ a Hilton, or embassy suites. for us, we don't do the topless pools anymore. kinda a "been there, done that" thing for us. also because of the extra cost to get in. it's been over 4 years since we've been to couples oasis. but the rest of our opinions are very current. we discovered we are getting older, ouch!! we went to Omnia, and HATED the synth dance music. we prefer r&b and 80 & 90's rock and roll. to get in was $50.00, drinks were $17-22 each, water $7.00. go to Tao, the food is great, and when you are ready to dance, you bypass the long line outside by just going upstairs. if you don't get to vegas often, go to the strip, TONZ of things to see have extra time, go down town, go to pawn stars, vamped, capo's, etc..

Ask yourselves, how many one sentence or one statement conversations have you had in life? People who enjoy or seek this in forums are called "conversationalists". It's not wrong to get to know others. That is, after all, the reason we are all here. The poster puts their view out and the reader can decide whether they agree, disagree or desire to further discuss or elaborate on their side. It's like a dance of the minds. Some like the waltz, some like salsa, while others like a Mosh Pit. Just because you don't mosh doesn't mean that you should attempt to deny others of enjoying it. Tolerance is what I am getting at. I am a self-proclaimed asshole, but I still have the right to express myself. I have differing views from lots of people here. That's what I find to be beautiful about people. We are all unique in some form or another. It's uncovering those uniquities, I find to be the "buried treasures" among the vast diversity of people that post here. It's a small window into their being. You don't always like what you see, but it's still there no matter how much you complain. It's like those who had DJQ kicked off of here. Hell, he attacked my very service to this country. I hated his views. However, I still think he had the right to speak his heart. Admittedly, The forum became slightly less exciting after he left. Florida swinging - Swinging in Florida - The halloween party was way better then we ever expected so time to chat was at a minumum. The little we did get to chat about this subject seems that most were afraid of all the fakes out there. That explains why we have couples traveling from as far as Plant City to come here. One of our friends took it upon themselves to buy small toys to give to the women at the party so we were going to do one of the chinese gift exchanges where you draw numbers but the action got so hot and heavy so fast that we all forgot about the wrapped toys and I am looking at them as I write this. Other friends are hosting the Christmas Party so we will bring those with us to that party. I used to think it was that couples here are looking for what you can give them or a free night out but what it seems like at least with our friends is just the right environment to let loose and have fun. We have tons of food left and the wrapped toys so they didn`t come for the handouts. It took us a while to get the right mix and we always seek to add to the mix. So for those who host or are looking for real and active swingers, just hang in there and keep building your contacts one at a time.
