Public display/playing - Playing in public places -
I really enjoy playing in public places. A lot of people talk about it, but do they actually do it?
By "playing" I assume you mean fucking? Have ya tried Temple Square? DEF a bucket list item for swingers who like to live dangerously! [em]Emo_49[/em]

Scuba, Nude Beaches, Swingers - Scuba, Nude Beaches, Swingers - We travel quite a bit, are avid scuba divers, and enjoy nude beaches. We're looking for other couples that enjoy the same. Also would like to hear about any nude beaches (other than the grossly over rated Black's Beach) that you know about. Does anyone know of a nude beach where you can do more than lay in the sun, ie. be openly sexual?

Couples oasis or Red Roister - Which do you prefer - "...in advanced stages of their lives or have been ridden way too hard and put away wet on far too many occasions." You say that like it's a bad thing! All I know is that the last time we were at the Red Rooster (admittedly probably 10 years ago) we saw THE largest couple we've ever seen in a swing club (or possibly anywhere else!). By the time they got up the stairs (single file as the stairway is NOT ADA compliant) they were sweating SO hard and were SO out of breath that we made a break for it before they got their second wind and took their clothes off. But you know what, good for them for being comfortable in their own...uh, skin and wanting to get their freak on in front of a small group of geriatric swingers. We did, out of morbid curiosity, scan the obituaries the next day because if someone there that night didn't have a coronary event then surely someone was crushed to death. And yes I'm a BAD person for saying that even if it's due to imbibing a WHOLE Redd's Wicked Apple Ale all by myself, on an empty stomach. Yeah, you heard it here first. The 'Doers KNOW how to party on a Saturday night! [em]Emo_57[/em]

The vent! - Judgements, I'm so tired of them. -

Our condolences. As for your problem with swinging is concerned, I think it is that you are single. Most people have a hard time getting couples to come if there are single males allowed. This is been our experience. We are from the Pacific Northwest too and The clubs like the Ace of Hearts in Portland have nights dedicated to single guys and the couples interested. While I think "swinging" is open for anyone's involvement, the majority has always and will most likey always be couples. Most couples don't entertain single males. Those that do, should have the right to do so. However, the majority of us don't. While you maybe one of the exceptionally polite and respectful single males that are few and far between (in our experience), most people do not want to ruin their night being bombarded by single males and most will decline to come. Have you ever thought of bringing a date to the party? You should know that most people like things even. Try bring a date. If you are trying to remount the horse in the swinging scene you are making a mistake. Try normal dating. Trying to change the way people think because your life suddenly changed and took a turn for the worse probably won't do any good. Whether people admit it or not, swinging is a couples thing. If you want to better your chances of success with swingers, you have to play the game. Bring a date. That's best way to put it. Again our sympathy for your loss, good luck. We wish you the best. Perhaps you should put swinging on hold and seek a basic relationship first.... I dunno man.

Swingers in a vanilla bar... - - It could go something like this......: BTW sentences enclosed in brackets are the "vanilla" couples responses. Oh, and you really don't know them so if they are offended by the term swingers or that you should think you saw them there...... Who cares.... and if they respond positively .....maybe you've made some friends. Here we go.... Walking up to the couple: Hi! How are you? Haven't seen you at ___________ lately...Everything OK? (no we haven't been there) You haven't been there..???? I'm sorry, but you have twins. (What's ________________ ?) Oh it's a club we go to from time to time.. It's supposed to be a "swinger's" club or dance.... Pretty risque` but a lot of nice people there and can be pretty sexy at times. Basically it's a dance but you never know what you might see and pretty open adult. Not like a regular bar where everyone is trying to put on airs....Just regular people who are having fun.... But I could have sworn that you guys look just like this other couple. Sorry to have bothered you. Hey, would you like to go sometime? Next week they're having a dance.... (We'd have to think about that...What if we ran into one of our neighbors...what would we do?) Well, to start with say hi and be friendly..... let them know you came because a friend said it was a nice dance and some great people...... So you've made contact, they came to the dance and maybe you guys hookup or maybe you just became sexy friends....

How to get Girl on GIRL...solo??? - trying to find that elusive, no drama, chick - I'll chime-in reiterating what other have said. First, the reason these single females disappear, never meeting you is because they are horny guys playing online games and looking at pictures to get-off. Second, we agree with Thoughtgarden 100%. EVERY FMF we've had came from the most unexpected place when we weren't even looking at the moment. These are women we met at non-swinger parties, night clubs, etc. I think this is because for the most part, unlike single guys, single women are not actively pursuing threesomes and moresomes. Single women are not creating the number of profiles on swingers sites like single men. If they happen, great. If they don't, that's okay too. It's now that they aren't interested, they're just not out there pursuing it on a daily basis. A couple of suggestions: 1) Look everywhere. Remember when you used to go out to clubs by yourself or with a friend when you were single and you'd meet someone? Same thing, except now you're doing it as a couple. Instead of boy picking-up girl, or girl picking-up guy, it's now couple picking-up girl. You are BOTH dating her, not just one of you. 2) Couples is a good place to start, even if you are not interested in full swap right now. Going to the meet and greets and getting to know people and them getting to know you helps. You may find a couple that is okay with playing solo and would love to fulfill your fantasy with wifey playing with you two. But, if you don't get out there and get known to people you'll never find them. Good luck! And keep trying. We were in the lifestyle as a full swap couple for quite a while before our first FMF, and it literally came-out of thin air when we were least expecting it.

Looking to establish a group of safe swingers - -

We are super careful and this is exactly what we are looking for. Would love to be involved! We are tons of fun :)

I’m defense of single males - Funny old geezers -

We are in our sixth year on this site. We are also currently on three more sites, even after dropping two more. When we joined Swingular, we were taken aback from the negativity toward single guys. We did not see this this level of animosity on any other of the sites we are or were on. Aside from the folks from Idaho and Wyoming (and very, very few nationwide), this site is predominately Utah based. I am not negatively judging Utah since a survey or research was never done, but we had to wonder if this hatred is a Utah thing. Or was it a few couples who made it seem normal to hate and everyone just jumped on the bandwagon? Human history has taught us that ostracizing is easier than accepting. Who knows? We certainly don't understand it. Many couples correctly point out that single guys are not "swingers" since they don't swap. But, we believe that single guys are part of the "lifestyle" for many couples. Why is fmf ok, but mfm is not ok? As a side note: The vast majority of our play is with couples(our preference). But we occasionally like mfm for the different dynamics it offers. We have been very lucky with mfm and haven't had a bad experience yet, which I cannot say is always true with every couple we've met.
We live here. Our experience is that most couples do not hate single men. Most married men are not intimidated by the presence of single men. Most couples and singles whether super active or rarely active in the lifestyle don’t post anything in the forum section of this website. As is the case with so much on the internet, a few of us that do read or post in the forums, may give others the impression that we are a good general representation of the community’s mindset. Obviously we aren’t. What we read here is mostly just personal preferences. There are some thoughts expressed that we find interesting, sometimes enlightening. Sometimes people are just venting. Sometimes it’s angry venting stemming from personal experience. As for insecurities, we all have at least a few.
Perhaps I am just mistaking the complaints I see in forums on the home page as a reflection of the general attitude here

How much is too much - The right protocol? - I would think that there are a few issues here. 1. If you haven't talked or chatted with any of these folks you've sent a fr to, or at least sent a message along with the fr, they may just delete it. That's what we do. 2. If they do approve in these cases, they could just be doing it so they can go in and view your private pics then delete the friend and then you can't view theirs. Kinda chickenshit in my opinion. 3. You age could be hinder some to take you seriously as swingers because I have noticed that although everyone likes young women, some feel that the younger couples are not mature enough to be swingers. Anyway you look at it, it might serve you well to chat with some people a bit before sending requests. And if they don't like you, fuck em'. Give us a shout and we will be your friends. :)

BUSTED! Your Kids Found Out Your Swingers. Now What? - - This is an interesting thread. I enjoy reading the sensible and somewhat innane, pseudo "I know what I am talking about so you all listen to me" comments. Thanks for keeping it interesting. In our family, my wife's two kids, should they ever find out, would laugh, tell us "you have got to be kidding" and then move on. My kids, who are adults but a bit younger, would want to have a lively discussion about it and then move on as well. We have raised our children to be acceptant of everyone, their eccentricities and lifestyles. The are all comfortable with each other and discuss pretty much everything so no problems there. As a part of the discussion about family, Netta's two brothers are in the lifestyle and "came out" to us within the last four months.....I think to see our reaction.....and were quite shocked and pleased we have been in the lifestyle for over 5 years. We suspect her mom and dad played as well. And you know......no one in the family has killed themselves because of it. If nothing else, it generates conversation. Something else....as I DO work in healthcare, particularly focusing on psychological interactions...those who tend to support their comments with cursing, or "I know what I am talking about", tend not to. They just have a pathological need to force their opinion, for that is what it is, on everyone and have it taken for fact. Typically, they tend to be arrogant and have a pretty inflexible belief system. Anyway...MY OPINION.........lol As the adadge says,"let the buyer beware" and......the truth isn't any truer because you yell it the loudest. As always.........enjoy........have fun.........be safe Doc (and Netta)
