What do you do with Friend Requests? - - We recently added the following to our profile...
We seem to be getting loads of blind friend requests without so much as a 'Hi, like your profile...". If you are legitimately interested in meeting us/getting to know us we would hope you would drop us a quick note with your request or we'll probably assume you are just looking to 'perv' our private pictures and say thanks but no thanks. This is ESPECIALLY true is you are not even in the same time zone. In which case you probably ought to offer some explanation as to why we ought to be friends... ;)
AND YET, not a day goes by that we don't get two or three blind friend requests with no other note or introduction... don't people read profiles?? If someone can't be bothered to read our profile can we really believe that you are legitimately interested in knowing us? Ah yes, the old (hot) wives tale of the ankle bracelet. [em]Emo_4[/em] Got into a rather heated argument with a guy on the other swingsite we're on regarding that subject a few years ago. He was ADAMANT that it was a surefire way to identify other swingers as well as hotwives. I finally posted a pic of a group of tweens I saw down at City Creek Center...all wearing ankle bracelets. Now that you're one of them there fancy swingers... - - I play as a single male (although sometimes I bring a vanilla swirl along to an event or something) but I've always had good experiences with people I meet up with. I have also had nothing but good experiences at parties, so I guess I'm pretty lucky that way. For me, the lifestyle hasn't exactly turned me into a sex snob or anything like that, but I have gotten used to the open attitudes. It has become much harder (and not in the good way) to play with vanilla females who don't have those same attitudes. Not in the sense of I'm coming on too strong or pushing boundaries harder, but just that "normal" attitudes towards sex and sexual exploration in the LS are different than those in the single scene.

Here is my best attempt at honest feedback.
1 - I’m not sure how thick the swingular population is in KS. You probably lose the majority of your bites right there. Nothing you can do about that one.
2 - Main profile pic has sunglasses and a hat. I can’t see the rest of your pics, but somewhere in there you should let people see you.
3 - Main profile pic is in a camper? This doesn’t scream “hey couple out there, I’m clean, we’ll groomed, fun to talk to and good in bed”. It seems more like it would be at home on CL with the title “40 something white male needs hunting buddy”
4 - Your profile text is light, and refers mostly to “dude” things; drinking, cigars, wild times. As with point 3, if your looking to get a hunting buddy good things to list. I don’t think I know a single woman that would consider cigars foreplay.
5 - Attracting the fairer sex always requires effort. Just because this is a “swingers” site doesn’t mean all of the otherwise applicable rules of attraction are not still in effect. In fact some may say this is a “couples dating” site. You still have to stand out. Get a nice shirt and a haircut and snap a pic of that beautiful smile of yours.
Write something sweet, talk about you, get a clean pic and you’ll be slayin’em.

Looking to establish a group of safe swingers - - We would be interested. Safety is important to us. We're brand new to the LS and we want to proactively get vaccines and tests to show our safety if we can find other couples that can prove theirs
