Swinger cruise - YOLO cruise on Carnival Legend (April 26th) - We've been in the lifestyle for about 3-3 1/2 years and I am wondering if most swingers are also nudists. I am curious because of this discussion about when/if nudity is allowed around the pool. When BEACHWITHUS said the following, "implying that anytime you want to lounge poolside, you can do so, nude, which is what you'd expect from a lifestyle cruise" I wondered if this IS what people expect on a lifestyle cruise. While we've gone to nudist resorts several times for lifestyle parties, and are comfortable being nude in that environment, we don't consider ourselves nudists. I know that many nudists are quick to clarify that they are NOT swingers. Are there swingers who also feel they aren't nudists? We've been on other lifestyle cruises that were not complete take-overs (since this is the first after all) and it was still a good time even though there were MANY more restrictions & limitations around the ship except for in the private lounge they provided where we could be skimpier, saucier, racier...awww, you get the idea. LOL Being free to be more open and dress sexier can make this cruise much more fun and exciting! It seems from the message sent out clarifying the rules about nudity on the ship that we'll get to see lots of skin for all but 2 days while in port. So, will most of those cruising be nudists or will there be those swingers who aren't nudists? Will there be some who wear a bikini or just go topless or will the majority be nudists? I am asking because I am curious...I know that we are going to have SO much fun whether we are nude or not!!!

Isn't It All About Marketing? - Interesting what people post in profiles and pictures - I find all aspects of the lifestyle interesting. One of the most interesting is what swingers post on these types of sites - who they are, what they are looking for, and their public and private pictures. Isn't it all about market ourselves? I will not make any judgmental remarks here, because we should not be judgmental in the lifestyle; however, sometimes I wonder what they are trying to communicate. Because I am a professional website designer I probably look at things differently, also because I am a voyeur I like to see good quality images - ones that show me something about what can be expected in sexual play. I also wonder if I am reading/seeing more in things that are posted than are really intended - i.e., personality, intelligence, playfulness, etc. Thus my questions: Do people take the time here to make a good impression? Members, we need your help! - Your feedback is needed to get more members in your area. - As we prepare to launch the redesign of Swingular, we are also getting ready to launch an aggressive marketing campaign. As you all know, the success of Swingular not only comes from a great site, with great features that are easy to use but also from having a lot of members to choose from in each city or area. We currently utilize the normal routes to reach out to new customers but mostly rely on search engines for the majority of our referrals. Right now, the number of daily new sign ups is ok but we want to improve on that. Not only will this benefit Swingular but all of our members as it will bring in new members for you to contact. As a member, we feel your feedback can help us reach this goal so we need your help. First, how did you find out about Swingular exactly? How do you look for sites like this in general? As far as search engines go, Swingular is in the top 10 listings of most keywords such as Swingers, Adult Swingers, Swingers Ads, etc... If you found Swingular through a search engine, what keywords did you use? If not, what keywords would you use? What search engine? Do you have some other creative ideas that would help us promote Swingular? Any suggestions? A few years back, we were going to start a local host program. We scratched the idea for the time but now we are thinking of pursuing the program again. It works like this: We assign hosts in cities across the US, kind of like a franchise, for a small start up fee. Those hosts would then be responsible for promoting Swingular in their territories, provide local customer service, coordinate local parties and events as well as sponsor local parties and events. We would provide the tools necessary to help them do that such as flyers, cards, ads, banners, etc... In return, they would make 50% of all sales for their area for everyone whether they referred them or not. This would help build a bigger local presence for Swingular which in turn attracts more members. What do you think? One of our marketing strategies that we will be implementing this summer is local targeting. We have found that if we focus on one city at a time, once it starts to build, it blooms on it's own and we can move on to another city. What would be the best ways to reach you to promote a site like this? Ads in the local alternative paper? Local parties? Anything else?
