Swingers dying out? - Is the utah swinger community dying or becoming to needy? - I don't think it is dying out, by any means. My opinion is a few things are happening.
The Swingular community is actually growing...bigtime. Hence the increasing number of events being posted. And yes..most are paid events...for a couple of reasons..to actually pay for the cost of an event..and plain old capitolism. Welcome to America. No real problem.
House parties...are alive and well. But...because of the increased number of folks here, things have changed from before. Now, if you post one here..you have a bunch of people respond..most likely too many...some must be told no....hard for most of us to do. Consequently..hosts have become a bit more selective.. and send personal invites..rather than general announcements. Basically...house parties have moved underground. And hosts have become more selective about just inviting particulair age groups, or body types. That leaves many of us out. I know our email box is empty most of the time, unless it is us hosting the party.
Just my opinion of course..yours maybe different!

Do you mix your vanilla and lifestyle friends? - - We tell anyone who is a late night friend, ie: serious friend, vanilla or not that we have an alternative lifestyle. It has made things so much easier. Our vanilla friends are closer. We make it very clear that we don't have any interest in sex with them for concerns about ruining what is a already a good relationship. I am not talking, work vanillas, they don't need to know. I am talking about people with whom we go dancing or bar hopping. Why lie about who you really are? The whole reason for jumping the hurdle that is the "lifestyle" is to be free with who you really are. Then you are supposed to hide it with people who are supposed to really care about you? Nope.
Because of this, it is really cute when we throw a party or get together. The vanillas spend the whole time excitedly trying to guess who the swingers are. Most of the time it doesn't take much to guess. This reminds me of what got us started on this course. We threw a mostly vanilla roller skating party with some vanilla friends. We were actually sort of semi-active back when we started (And of course lied thru our teeth during bishop interviews.LOL). This reminds us of one of our fav swinging stories. We knew a couple who LOVED to party. Female sex fantasies. - What do women really think about sex? - I was just going thru a few e-books that I've had on my device for quite a while and never quite got around to reading. One of them is the infamous "My Secret Garden" written, I believe, in the '70's by Nancy Friday and purportedly a compilation of common female sex fantasies and possibly how they may have originated in the female mind.
I haven't finished the book yet as it's a little bit ponderous with a fair amount of what I think may be outdated psychobabble, but I was wondering if anyone, especially some of the ladies here, have read this book (or any other similar one) and what they thought of it. Alternatively, perhaps some of the women here could share some of their most common sex fantasies...maybe even the ones that they really don't ever want to act out IRL.
