I completely get all the points in your post but the one thing that that jumped under my skin, is the statement that this Don Juan asshole is a "fucking" Democrat based on his fucked up views. My husband (and others in my family) serve(d) in the military too and WE ARE DEMOCRATS. Being one, I do not agree with the shit he said in his post and it serves him right for the backlashing that he received for what he said. I completely support our our troops and is very grateful for what they did and are still doing. I also know plenty of Dem. who feel the same way I do, just as I know a few Rep. who has that dickwads same point of view. But to place him in our category in such a derogative way, offends me. Its like saying "Oh shit, you smell like a wet dog when you get out the shower...You must be white" or "Damn, your nose is big...You must be black". See how offensive that is. Not to spark a heated thing in this positive thread, I just wanted to let you know. Now back to our regularly scheduled thread...lol

Don Juan has his freedom of speach and as much as I may disagree with his position his rights are just as important as mine. certian rights are so very important that a group of men back around the late 1700's decided to expressly write them down. freedom of speach was among those rights expressly protected not given in the document (Bill of Rights). those in uniform and out of uniform alike may disagree with our political goals and how the military is used in the accomplishment of those goals but never the less the military has been asked to fight and so we do. I sincerely do not remember where I herd this poem and I may not remember all of the words but the gist is:

But of all the couples seeking out there, what is the odds of running into such a couple? IOW, if you look at the whole game, is there a better chance of finding a couple that is seeking a couple, seeking a single female or seeking a single male?
Most of the couples we know say they are looking for couples or single females while a few might be ok with single males once in a while. Maybe it is a WI thing.

This whole thing brings back a memory...many years ago (please excuse some of the "wording" as it's not meant to offend, it's simply exact quotes of others)...
When I was a young Second Lieutenant, my unit was sent to do "riot control" for a large march by Hosea Williams and his group...as you can guess, the Klan, skinheads and other distasteful groups planned to (and did) show up to "counter protest"...my unit was scheduled to be deployed between the two groups...
The night before, I was talking to my platoon...talking about the possibilities of the next morning when the march/protest...hoping that I might prepare them for the verbal abuse they were sure to endure, we talked about it and how to react...my platoon sergeant (who happened to be black) asked me "So sir...are you saying they might call me Nigger?" Of course, it was said tongue in cheek...he KNEW that is what we were talking about...knew it was going to happen...and simply put us all at ease by just saying it and getting it out in the open...his response was so true:
"Sir, those are just words and I really feel sorry for those people who have so much anger and hate in them that their only outlet is such an ignorant display - if they were really capable of expressing themselves intelligently they wouldn't have to resort to that - when I remember that, I realize just how much I feel sorry for them...and it's hard to get mad at someone you pity" - plus, I'm a soldier and I have sworn to protect their right to call me a Nigger"...
At that, everyone in the room laughed quite loudly...my platoon sergeant was quite the philosopher if you ask me...
SO, Don Juan...free free to make all the comments you want...no matter how ignorant, angry or uninformed they may be...I will continue to defend your right to do so...if you ever come to realize just why you are allowed to say those things without fear of persecution, maybe you'll change your mind...

Vegas Baby! - Clubs - Lived in Vegas for 5 yrs and just visited a few days ago. We agree with the "Nasty .. and not in a good way" comment. Been to them all and some that are no longer there. The Sin City Swingers parties are good, been members a long time. Don't waste time or money on Reds (Red Roster). If your not THE FIRST to use a room for the night, your just laying with everyone else that's been there. Green Door same way. Cleanest and best places are gone. Hit the clubs, sure you will find some great like minded people.
