Super moon - - Jesus Whistle Blowing Christ! Were we the only ones out enjoying the super moon last night and noticing weird goings on? Just sitting in our yard enjoying a good bottle of cava when this huge freakishly bright moon rose over the mountain. We SWEAR we started to transform into wereswingers. We've always suspected a few of our neighbors of being closeted swingers and think that a couple of them also transformed and went out hunting some tender succulent vanillas. The way some people talk, they are constantly on the prowl for this elusive prey and often come home with MORE than their limit even when they aren't in season. So what did everyone else do during the super moon?
Swingers Kickball Society - - We are looking for couples who would like to join us for a kickball! would like to meet weekly or bi weekly depending on interest. We are targeting Thursday nights. Hot Wife Anklets - Who knows what they are and notices them? - I think they're mostly an urban legend, at least as far as the myth of a woman who wears an anklet being into that particular sexual act. Yes, women in the "hotwife" lifestyle sometimes wear them. But so do other women of all ages and persuasions.
Personally, I wouldn't make any assumptions about a woman's sexual proclivities based on a particular piece of jewelry that she is or isn't wearing. I even had a neighbor once who I noticed wearing an anklet that actually SAID "Hotwife" on it. I guarantee that the only connotation it had for her was that she was a wife and her husband thought she was hot.
But if you enjoy wearing them, knock yourself out. Just don't assume all, or even many, of the people you encounter (outside of a swingers party) will know the implication. And fwiw I've seen more than one tween wearing them at the mall. So there's that....

Swingers of Color - - I did wonder about that as recently as 7 yrs ago. Today the number of blacks and mixed couples is doing well and increasing everyday. Hispanics are also coming more to the fore in recent years... And the statistics of only a few years ago are now defunct. More and more 45 - 60 yr olds are joining the ranks of swingers. Many are looking for simply another couple for friendship with benefits on an exclusive basis but it's still swinging.. The empty nesters and retirees are on the move.
