Monogamy in marriage - An interesting article on the subject - I think the number one reason that a marriage goes off track is the lack of communication. It could show up in fights over money, one or the other cheating because their needs are not taken care of in the marriage, or just about any of the rocks that so many couples run into along the path of married life. One reason I think that swingers tend to be happier and more secure is because without good, open communication swinging can be a minefield. Church Swingers, are they out there? - - I myself, believe that things such as religion (or spiritualality if you prefer) and sexuallity are a personal thing. I think the comments made by SHRED sum it up rather nicely. Having studied religion for 12 years in the catholic school system it seems that most of the organized religions I have any knowledge of, have lost the real point made in the New Testament anyway. It seems often that what is being preached is not what is being practiced or in some cases things have been taken out of context to stress some point of faith or morallity in a distorted way. I personally can not believe that God would want us to live our lives this way. I have to agree with those who say "live and let live" or "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". That seems to be the message I got out of all that religious instruction, but not necessarily what I saw being practiced.
To those who feel they can balance religious practice with this lifestyle, I would say do so if it works for you. It is your personal choice. and thats the way it should be.

Yeah, ya know, I wouldn't take much to heart when it comes to comments from Utah in regard to anything racial...this is about the Whitest State in the US.
I honestly think that a lot of folks feel threatened by Single Males. Perhaps they've forgotten that they've been single? Forgot what that's like, maybe. Or maybe they were never single in this lifestyle. It's a tough crowd for a party of one.
I'm lucky enough to have been a single male in this lifestyle a couple of times. It taught me A LOT! I simply filled a niche and had a blast (and wasn't really lacking play...due to the niche).
And then there's Don...oye. Man, I'll send Ms. K_T over to drill a hole in the bottom of that bottle Don. We'll get it outta there in no time!
