We went to the bar the other night and met some new folks, regular guys that aren\'t in the lifestyle- that is they are just regular single young guys. Now my question is, do you only play with someone else who\'s into the lifestyle? This guy really wanted to get in on some action with me and now thinking about it, I just feel nervous. Are we really as judgmental as vanilla people? - - Yes, many in the lifestyle are as judgmental as those outside. I am 15 pounds overweight but to some I am as broad ahat comess a battleship. What's more, after 34 years of marriage, 24 of which were in the lifestyle, my wife died. All of a sudden I was persona non grata at the club we attended because single males were not allowed. I had not changed, only my marital status. I have been pilloried and shunned because of being lumped with the FEW young single guys who don't have a clue. Now I have 3 strikes: I'm old, I'm slightly overweight, and single. I've learned these last 9 years that swingers are just as cruel, predjudiced and uncaring as other people. The fact my wife didn't realize till I told her last month is when it comes to single males I'm so picky. Bogeys Nightclub in Clearfield - A Habits style club for northern swingers? - Wouldn't it be great for Northern Utah swingers to have a nightclub like Habits but closer to home?! We have recently checked out Bogeys in Clearfield and they have made some changes for the better. They have a great atmosphere and are playing some great music (90's Hip-Hop & R&B) They have a great dance floor and serve amazing drinks! The only thing missing is the people. Any thoughts on making this happen?
Sexuality - Where does it come from? - - I, personally, don't think you can change your orientation, it is something that is developed in childhood, and you are not aware until you become an adolescent. I knew I was a bisexual in my teens, and even though I primarily was with women, I always had the desire to be with a man. That desire has never gone away.
Now, as an adult, I have learned that I can be with both a man and a woman, and be sexually satisfied. The sexual satisfaction is obviously different, but, it is very exciting. It is wonderful to be able to explore your sexuality freely, and bisexuals are very open-minded individuals.
Again, this is my opinion. I have lived a good sexual life, for the most part, and right now is the best time. I have a wonderful woman, who accepts me for who I am, and loves to see my bi side in action. We have met some wonderful swingers, and would not change anything.
