Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - Aklim, The CDC tells you that more pitbulls are prone to abuse. You are trying to justify your hate, by reading what you want. So if you need to justify your hate of pit bulls, with the CDC stats, would you also do the same against, blacks (drug dealers), whites (serial killers), asians(little dicks), native americans(drunks)? I don't buy it. It just stereotyping pure and simple. A Spanish dude I know showed me these video recently. I thought it was pretty damn cool. They take a controversial subject and throw a little humor in to educate the ignorant. -D-

When You're Shopping the Scene... - - Yeah, it'd be kinda cool if there actually WAS some kind of universal accessory or a signal that swingers could use to ID each other out in the vanilla world. And many have tried over the years but nothing has ever really caught on (back in the day, more than a few women wore necklaces of an apple with a bite out of it). And even if something DID actually catch on, and people wore it or whatever to identify other swingers, how long do you think it would take for the internet to make that fairly common knowledge? We went to a swinger's convention in San Diego a number of years ago. The group had taken over the entire hotel and property and nobody was allowed in without a special wristband. It took about 4 hours for most of the hotel staff to learn what those wristbands meant. By the next day, people at nearby hotels, restaurants, and shopping centers had heard the news and as you passed people they would glance at you and then immediately glance down at your wrist. By that evening, most of the swingers were becoming so self-conscious that they were attempting to hide the wristbands beneath watches and bracelets. A few even pulled them off their wrists, if they were loose enough, and then put them back on when re-entering the property. So, as nice as it would be to know for sure who other swingers are, it would kinda defeat the purpose of what many of us state in our profiles...that we're discreet. I suspect that about 10% (if even) would wear a black ring and about 90% wouldn't for fear of being outed as swingers. YMMV

Swingers unnerve families at hotel - - We were there too. There were unsupervised kids all over the place all day. They kept coming up to the 9th floor until they were told to stop by the cop. Then they came up the stairs. And this was in the day when there was nothing to see. Where were their parents???? BTW, I noticed the lady who was \"pulling down her skirt to show her diamond thong.\" I even complimented her on it. She never pulled it down as low as her ass crack. This kid cold easily see this on the girls he attends school with -- andseen it at school! That\'s what the girls all wear now. For the most part the men wore tuxes or suits and the women mostly wore formals. Of those women who elected to dress more sexy, I saw nothing that one could not see at a beach or pool in Florida. AND--These parents had a large area away from the bar (which we had to walk through to get to the ball room -- and the ballroom had NO windows) and away from the elevators (which were glass) that they could have taken their kids to. But then they would have had to be there to supervise their kids -- which by and large the parents were not in attendance to do. Mostly the parents who were aghast remained absent and allowed their children the run of the hotel unsupervised. Needless to say (kids being kids) they go where they\'re not supposed to. They tended to camp out at the tables (in the bar) right under the elevator(so they could get the best possible view) and watched the show. Then decided, after benefitting from the entertainment), that they were offended! I\'m sorry, but you can\'t have it both ways, folks! While the hotel should have managed their booking better (as they did have ample warning and knowledge of the demographics of these two groups), this is one of the most flagrant examples of parents not adequately supervising their children that i have ever seen. Thse kids worked all day to try to see something, and then, when they did, they watched for hours. It\'s sort of like ordering a meal, eating the whole thing, and then deciding it was bad and wanting your money back.:@

Swingers at work... - - We ran into one of my co-workers in the hot tub of a local swing club. We never mentioned it outside of the club and didnt mention we did anything at work. We each managed it quite well, no one ever knew. I no longer work in that office and they no longer come to the club, so its not an issue any longer. Friends or swinging partner - - That's not really an easy question to answer. We've met a bunch of couples just once. We generally don't hop into bed on the first date, but it does happen. I think there have been couples that we've hopped into bed with that we might not see in other than swinger settings, but we definitely have friends we swing with that we would and do. There are swinger couples we'd really like to spend vanilla time with but just haven't had the time. Back at home, sunggling naked, sandwiched between two handsome men while Fogerty, Adele, Chili Peppers, and other music too tame for the younger crowd plays in the background. Relaxing with a couple glasses of wine, and a pile of blankets before the fire. Having the fire within sated. Waking the next morning, with no hangover, and remembering. Perma-grin hits. Still plenty of time and energy to make church by 10, and hit the gym by noon. Ah, yes, if this is your definition of geezer, I embrace it. Whole-heartedly, repeatedly, and with great zeal. :)
