Bubulaplease - Confidentiality - Something that has bothered me a little bit...when we went to Lumpys the doorman asked if we were there for the Sinful event. We says yes and as we were walking down the stairs some people upstairs asked him what was going on and he said it was a swingers party. I mentioned it to a few people that night and it seemed that it was a normal occurrence. We realize that going to the events we may run into someone we know, however, people who don't know about our lifestyle also go to lumpys. I would hate for them to know there was a swingers party going on and then see us leaving or something. My question..is this normal? Is it this way at, say, Sandy Station? Do the group organizers ask for confidentiality?

In MHO, IF, and I say IF, you go to a swinger club hoping/looking/expecting to pick up someone, I feel you've gone for the wrong reason. Go to have fun, meet new people, network, and IF you find someone at the club you enjoy being with, then I'm sure *as they say here in Texas* ya'll are going to have some swapping fun.... And yes, I have been part of a couple, with a few different women. Why am I not still a couple with any of them? They seem to start really getting into the lifestyle, and then they realize they're having too much fun, and scare themselves out of it. Cons: Drinks pricey/watered down, music too loud, "dress code", popular hangout with self proclaimed elite swingers. Club 48: Pros: Drinks great, music at reasonable level, relaxed atmosphere. Cons: Food sucks, understaffed, sometimes music sucks too. Northern Exposure: Pros: Private room with private smoking area, some drinks good, music at reasonable level, music ok. Cons: Some drinks pricey/watered down and they seem to run out of their "specials" quickly, food sucks too, staff really busy (altho they are friendly).
