Facebook and the lifestyle - Can Facebook be TMI with the lifestyle? - Ms. Evil and I were talking this morning about the the lifestyle in the age of Facebook. She mentioned that she kind of feels like there is the possibility of learning TOO much about your lifestyle friends when you're also on their Facebook feed. Especially in the hyperpolarized world we live in right now she thinks that maybe knowing too much about other swingers can make it harder to connect sexually with them. In fact, more than once, I've walked into the bedroom to find her on her laptop reading something a swinger friend has posted on Facebook with steam coming out of her ears (yeah we made an appt. with an ENT to get that checked out). I think it's gotten so bad at times that she's totally lost her 'lady wood' for a few of our lifestyle friends. I'm not really on Facebook so it hasn't affected me (other than her maybe not being as excited about possibly hooking up with some couples because they are so adamant in their views and express them so vigorously on Facebook). Just wondering what everyone thinks. Does Facebook (and learning all the dirty details about other couples) affect how you start to think about them? Ever not wanted to hook up with someone once you realized how different your viewpoints were or when they maybe posted some things on social media that you found offensive?

How far are you willing to travel ? - - We've had kisses blown to us and I will generally answer with a note but have, as yet, not received our first answer. Most are quite far away and their profile, like yours says that you would like to be friends and hang out with as well as..... (Not exactly what you said but that's what I got out of your profile) If people are like us, we would travel up to 1 to 1.5 hours to meet or to play because that, to us, is a reasonable distance to have a friendship. If we were to meet someone at one of the clubs that we belong to, and became friends we might travel farther/further. If one believes that to travel a greater distance than would be practicle for friendship then that distance would set the limit. On the other hand, if a couple is out strictly for the sexual encounter and has no expectation or wish for friendship then maybe a stop over in a city on the other side of the country might not be out of the question...
If someone sends a kiss and the couple respond it would be nice if that couple would acknowledge receipt of a note. Just common courtesy. On another site we have been invited, by a number of folks, to stop by if we ever get in the area for drinks, dinner, play what have you,,,simply because we participate in forums and we may send a note about their profile or their pictures or both... So ultimately it depends on the couples involved.. If someone were to cum here for a week or more and wish to meet and see what happens then that might be an acceptable situation. Difficult in finding Couples or single Males/ Females - - Hawkeye we know what you mean seems as though the cpls you are compatible with always seem to live far away we have plenty of swingers in our part of the country but most think we are too old for them we look in better shape than those who say we are too old lol.
