Looking for an attorney in the lifestyle - Question - I don't honestly think you would need an attorney. Most swingers clubs opperate as just a house that holds parties. Unless you are serving alcohol you shouldn't need license of any kind. at the door, you have donations, not entry fees. The only place i know that did have an operating license was in San Diego, THAD's. The owner had to file suite against the city and county to get the councilman and law enforcement to stop harrasing him. The city finaly gave him a license as a "Sexual Encounters Club" but not allowed to serve alcohol. Anyone that brought alcohol had to put it in a fridge and could take out their own alcohol anytime they wanted, but the helpers couldn't serve the alcohol.
Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - We have played withcouples from the early 20's and up...we have never cared about age.. Its always been attitude and how long we get along ..you know personality etc. We have a big differance in age ourselves 15 years... just has never mattered...now if someone will hand me my cane..I'm off to have fun..

We live here. Our experience is that most couples do not hate single men. Most married men are not intimidated by the presence of single men. Most couples and singles whether super active or rarely active in the lifestyle don’t post anything in the forum section of this website. As is the case with so much on the internet, a few of us that do read or post in the forums, may give others the impression that we are a good general representation of the community’s mindset. Obviously we aren’t. What we read here is mostly just personal preferences. There are some thoughts expressed that we find interesting, sometimes enlightening. Sometimes people are just venting. Disappointments! - - Hello everyone, :) we just wanted to say HI and ask a simple question.
OK ............ we have been in the life style for about three years now, and too this date we continue to have a problem with meeting people. We (well we think anyway) discribed exactly what we wanted but we still have people who want one-night stands and quickies. Were not into that at all. We enjoy getting to know people, we don't have a problem with playing on the first date if we feel it will lead to other dates. But so far NO LUCK, We feel we've been used and abused. And now we've really clamped down, but now our problem seem to be meeting people who are just PLAIN FLAKES. Were in Texas as our profile says, and trust me folks the swingers in Texas arn't what they claim to be. They either want a quick screw or are people who drag you into meeting them and then you discover that they are SPACE CASES. One or the other has a sever problem with there mate being with someone else. ANYWAY.............
