Sex clubs in Salt Lake? - Or is Las Vegas the best bet? -

Nothing in SLC can come even close to Vegas in comparison. There are many places here. But we recommend two for you. If you can spare two nights in Vegas, check out Whispers one night and Playhouselv the other night.
Thanks! Was hoping you'd chime in. Two nights sound good. However, if we only have one night, would you recommend one over the other? Also, regarding Playhouselv, just so I'm clear....one has to become a "member" first ($10/couple), then it's $100 entry fee after that. Do I have that right? Thanks to the other posters too. Keep the comments/thoughts/experiences coming. Would love to hear more!
That is correct.
It's difficult to advise which club to visit if you only had one night. Not everyone who wants to go to Playhouselv is admitted. They are selective and we have some friends who were denied access. We also have some friends who were approved and absolutely love going there. We are good friends with the couple that runs Whispers. We actually play them this week in our lifestyle Fantasy Football league. lol. They are a great couple and do a great job there. The main difference is that Whispers never allows single males, whereas Playhouselv has specific nights when single guys can come. You can't go wrong with either place. But, definitely stay away from the tourist trap, Green Door. It's filthy with guys following you around jacking off. No bar, no DJ, no dancing, etc. Red Rooster is iconic for it's dated vintage look. It's busy with a loyal following that caters to an older crowd. It's not for us, but it might be fun to check out because it is iconic. Just keep your expectations low. We do like going to Risque Estate during the daytime for the nude pool. It's worth paying the extra $20 for a daybed cabana to stay shaded. It's is a relaxing environment hanging out with other nudists. The evenings there are hit and miss. Whispers has a busier daytime nude pool on the weekends. The atmosphere is more of a party scene compared to the quiet of Risque. Of course, some resorts on the strip have topless pools. But, you have to find the swingers amongst the mostly vanilla crowd. Whatever you do, we hope you have a great time.

Identifying Swingers! - Lots of talk and now some action! :) - We like what you are doing and agree that it does not stand out like something we tried before. We are curious to see what the new items will look like. Is there a way to get on a mailing list for your site? We tried wearing a pin that was given to us from another site and forgot to take it off my jacket at the end of the night. The next time I wore the jacket we were with family and they wanted to know what the initials in bright colors stood for. In a pinch I replied it stands for the "safe drivers club ". Then my mother in law wanted to join but I further explained it was for us that drag raced and went a certain time with no accidents. So I invited her to drag race and earn her own pin but she declined. And that is why we would appreciate a more subtle way of letting others know about our lifestyle choices. Please keep us informed. What sets you apart from other swingers - Lets see whos looking for what. - I am a SINGLE man, the dredded, the bashed, the most ignored, how can you be a swinger, the blocked, the most unwanted, on every swingers site. OMG!!! LMAO! What sets me apart? Where do I start? Could it be that I'm a head taller than 99% of everyone in the room, club, crowd? Could it be that I've been told I have nice kissable lips? How about my sense of humor? My initials are B. S. lol Is it because when actually invited to a private gathering, that I hear the men and women saying *damn he is big, and only 3/4 erect!* lol Yes, I've heard it, No I dont think so! Could it be my BIG hands with LONGGGGG fingers, and size 14 feet? Is it my long guns, my uncut abs, my 38 inch bird legs? Maybe it's my ability to go from goofball to Mr Handyman? Oh yes, I know, it's because I can 2step, 3step, c/w polka, jitterbug, whip, waltz, c/w cha cha, east and west coast swing, double two, dallas progressive, ft worth shuffle, freestyle to rock n roll, disco, hiphop or rap, or the fact that I can twist/rotate my hips/ass as good as any female stripper!? LMAO Maybe it's because I'm a biker? A Big Rig driver? A Cowboy? A professional business man? Wait! Maybe it's because I can read people, their moods, their wants and desires, their needs, their minds, simply by paying attention to the look on their face, their body language, the speed of their walk, their hands, how they're dressed, the sound of their voice, or their laugh... I dont know that I really am better than the next man, or that I even want to be! I am ME, I will always be ME, I wont change ME for YOU for any reason! I find people either like me, and enjoy being around me, or they dislike me, and do their best to avoid me. This site seems to be based in UT, another site I'm on seems based in TX and FL, still another seems based in the UK. I wish I had a job where I traveled, I would enjoy meeting most of you for a drink. Iron aka Scott P.S. I'm open to comments, and opinions...

NewOrleans Clubs - Colette or Jasmine? - This post is great timing for us, we will be there next month! We might just have to check out Colette's! It's too bad we don't have a swingers club here in Utah! ;)

Members, we need your help! - Your feedback is needed to get more members in your area. - there was a bunch of people got on here when you did a free lifetime membership . we was in a tenn cpls chatroom and there was someone shooting links to this site. that worked well. if you can get someone to go to all the sites shooting links. word of mouth did good to. also how about fixing it where if one cpl wanted to chat with another cpl on a one on one web chat instead of going into a chatroom. and just how do you watch posted vedeos ? alot of the swingers in here are from ut . might be good to focus on other states as well . when we start telling people we are on swingular the first thing that comes out of there mouth is well we went there and it was really for people in ut. thats all we seen on there . or it costs way to much to join up not knowing if its worth it. the way the gas is and work is down. people think twice on spending anything over 40.00 just a thought

best swingers club in Nevada - - We are going to Nevada and want to go to a swingers club one night. We will be there during the week so which club is the best? thx

New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - My husband already posted on this topic a while back, but I’m now adding my opinion. In addition to state law hurdles and liquor licensing nightmare laws, each city has difficult sexually oriented business licensing requirements and ordinances. Yes, a nieve person will think that a swingers club is not a sexually oriented business, but city leaders and members of the public will make a big push to ensure a swingers club fits within the ordinance definitions. The licensing process is very public and anyone involved in the licensing will have a lot of exposure. Licensing applications often require background checks, names, business site visits and walkthroughs, and ongoing mandatory surveys after the business opens. Publicity and continued legal battles with the state and city scare couples away. Research Plato’s a Short-lived swingers club in NYC that was briefly open. During its existence it was continually challenged, closed, reopened, raided, and ultimately put out of business. If NYC ensures Plato's went out of business how is a swingers club in Utah going to fare? This is a link to SLC’s Sexually Orented Businesses overview page that has links to the ordinance. Most other cities have some type of ordinance like this. http://www.slcgov.com/business-licensing/sob Keep having house parties. . . .

Are swingers moral? - Who determines what morals are? - I think there are a number of definitions of "moral". I've always tried to live a good clean, law-abiding life - one guided by the Golden Rule. I've never stolen from anyone, I've never killed anyone, and I've never knowingly done anything to hurt anyone. As it applies to the Swinging Lifestyle, let me put it this way: I may "fuck" your wife - but I'd never "fuck" you. So tell me, does that make me moral or immoral?

Black Ring, Right Hand - How to tell if someone's a swinger -
The thing is, even though people in the vanilla world may know about something like black rings on the right hand, they probably won't notice it, especially with all the people wearing multiple rings nowadays. Most people just aren't all that observant. On the other hand, swingers who know about it will probably look for them. And if someone who doesn't also have one on asks you what's with the black ring, you can just say,"I like it." And if they then say "Did you know that it can mean ....?", you can say something like "Why do you think that?", or "Where'd you hear that?", which can lead to them saying they swing, or let you get out of the conversation without admitting anything yourself.~ Terry
That may be true up to a point but think about what other cues you see when you see an attractive couple and wonder if they're swingers. Dress a little sexier than normal, act a little flirtier or maybe dance a little dirtier (if they're at a club), are constantly looking around checking out other people. That doesn't happen in the vanilla world. Most guys would at very least get an elbow to the gut if their lady caught them openly checking out an attractive girl. In swinging, the lady will often check out the attractive girl right along with her husband. I still think that the majority of swingers wouldn't wear the rings even if they became "a thing". As someone mentioned this isn't a new concept. People have been talking about ways to make it easier to identify other swingers when out and about almost since the day we started swinging decades ago. On another swing site we're on they even made a mobile app that people could put on their smart phones that would alert them if another swinger was nearby and also had the app turned on. If the app showed (by GPS) another swinger near you you could send them a text. It was a colossal failure to say the least. I know there are definitely a small percentage of swingers who would wear black rings and/or use an app but the majority would likely not due to fear of discovery. Why do you think many or most profiles have face pics only in the locked sections and mention discretion so ubiquitously? Especially here in Utah where the prevailing religion has such strict morality codes, many people would rightly be afraid of losing their jobs and social standing if discovered. JMO

Age differences - How do you handle it - We look to make some sort of a friendship with anyone we play with so we feel the best chance that would happen is if they were close to our ages but we have found many exceptions to that theory. We are just playing the odds that a connection is most commonly found with someone of similar ages. The reason for this thread was because of conversation we were involved in at a party recently that we attended. People of all ages were there. I was sitting with a few older ladies, who I must say were very attractive, but then they started talking about all of their ailments and it almost makes me afraid that I might accidently hurt them if we played. I want to provide pleasure, not pain. Also a few were saying they went to a big party and it was mostly younger couples who were dirty dancing and flirting but not really playing and they felt the younger swingers are not as sexual as the older people are. One rationalized it by saying that maybe the fear of pregnancy is the issue. We try to be ourselves at all times and if we find common interests with a couple younger or older then us, great. Since we are somewhere in the middle we can go higher or lower then our ages. We would go higher then our ages first because of the experience and maturity factors hoping their experience will provide us some fun and share their knowledge with us. We wonder what those at either end of the spectrum think and what is their biggest concerns. Great input so far from everyone so thank you for that. Joe and Lori
