Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - I don't think anyone is saying you should give single guys a try. I mean that to anyone that would make it their mission to spread intolerance of a group out of sheer spite. That kind of shit should no exist in our community. No one is asking anyone to do something they're not willing to do, but on the same token, don't get on a soap box and spread hatred of anyone, just because you don't agree. If a single guy is at a party and you pack up and leave because you've got this preconceived notion that all single males are pigs and are just waiting for you to take a piss, so they can approach your wife, while you're away... I say this... 1) So what? Is your wife not capable of handling herself? 2) Are you not capable of saying, "Hey, Sorry man, we're not into single guys." I see that as no different that taking care of a couple you're not interested in. We have four distinct seasons, which are nice, if you like hotter than hell summers and super cold winters. The negative side to living in Utah is a little more hidden, and harder to explain. Simply put, if you don't fit in to the predominant culture (conservative, religious, Caucasian) you might not be happy here. Not that there aren't liberal, non-religious, non-white people here, but many locals look down on anyone who is 'different.' Also with one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country, and with less jobs available than most places, it might be difficult to find work in Utah. At what point do you out yourselves to family and friends?? - - More people know than you think. We have two small kiddos and so mums the word around them, but as for adults well we don't tell anyone except the vibe we throw off to the univeres is contantly comeing back.
