swingers resort - - Sea Mountain landed in Desert Hot springs after Dewie lost his place in Malibu CA. He brought the Hollywood vibe with him when he took over the new place & he sunk a ton of money into it. He works hard to keep everything high end, from the Egyptian cotton linens to the mineral water hot tub. Its a nice place. It tends to be high energy & It's normally packed. I often stay at a German spa that is a few blocks away & just get day passes to sea mountain when they are full. The clientele is a little mixed, but it's mostly pretty people & there is normally a lot of action there.
Food in the area is hit & miss. My favorite reasonably priced restaurant is a place called Fisherman's in Palm Springs.
The area gets kind of sketchy at night. I've had some run ins with crack heads when I've gone for supplies late in the evening. Sea Mountain itself is completely safe, but I would plan to stock up on supplies during the day. Also, the AM/PM station on Gene Autry Trail doesn't take credit cards after dark, so plan your gas around that as well.
How Do you Find Out - Question about Friends - For the most part, DON'T ASK... There are WAY more NON-SWINGERS in the country than swingers, so your chances of your friends being swingers is slim. There are a few things that will point to swinging. Check her closet. If there is allot of club wear the chances are better. Ask about their vacations. If they mention a place like HEDO they are pretty much swingers.. If there is a couple you would like to play with you can create a fun night and when things feel right, ask if they have ever thought about swinging... Not that it means much of anything, but this is why I always took exception (with few very dedicated and very successful and very happy exceptions) to people calling this a "lifestyle". Most of the swingers I've met would honestly lose their shit if they made this a big priority. Most of the ones I knew that did so, did lose their shit. And much more.

Yes, a nieve person will think that a swingers club is not a sexually oriented business, but city leaders and members of the public will make a big push to ensure a swingers club fits within the ordinance definitions. The licensing process is very public and anyone involved in the licensing will have a lot of exposure. Licensing applications often require background checks, names, business site visits and walkthroughs, and ongoing mandatory surveys after the business opens. Publicity and continued legal battles with the state and city scare couples away.
Research Plato’s a Short-lived swingers club in NYC that was briefly open. During its existence it was continually challenged, closed, reopened, raided, and ultimately put out of business. If NYC ensures Plato's went out of business how is a swingers club in Utah going to fare?
