Yes these magical creatures do exist, but they are difficult to corral. There are many that can be found behind the lcd of your computer screen, but to actually entice one into a dinner date, followed up with play time can be seemingly impossible at times! In fact... Grammar - Some suggestions for better communication ... - Here's a tip. Veterinary dentistry is WAY cheaper and 6 out of 10 swingers can barely tell the difference between human teeth and pig teeth. Don't let them talk you into either the cow teeth OR the horse teeth. Yeah you pay less per tooth but they don't look anywhere near as natural unless you like live in Delta or Toquerville.
KUTV News Story on Swingers - News - Just watched the story on the news and was EXTREMELY relieved it wasn't aired on a Get Gephardt segment. LOL Yeah, so the lady in question said she decided to swing with her husband to save her marriage after she gained a lot of weight (guess swinging is easier than a diet or taking up jogging) and that they went to "orgies" all over Utah...naming several cities and "even Bountiful" (the story showed the Bountiful temple a few times during the piece- she said being a Mormon she felt very uncomfortable swinging in a home within view of the temple). She also claimed that she was at a house party and the hosts young kids walked in. She says she started drinking because going to parties she felt like she was in the 5th grade where you wouldn't be chosen for a team...her husband was chosen to play but she wasn't. She has to go to rehab for her drinking. Eventually she wanted to quit but her husband supposedly refused and started going out solo and gave her gonorrhea. They are now divorced. Heidi Hatch was the reporter and apparently she started a profile and was communicating with couples here on Singular (yes, they identified Swingular by name and showed numerous screen shots and even some profile names) who wanted to make sure swinging wasn't portrayed in a purely negative manner. Are we really as judgmental as vanilla people? - - It strikes me that, [i][b]in general[/b][/i], people fall into one of two groups:
A. Those interested in the total social experience the lifestyle offers (multi-faceted).
B. Those interested primarily in sex (very goal-specific).
The number of people in group B is considerable. 'B' folks are much more likely to hold appearance and physical desirability as the only criteria for evaluating playmates. 'A' folks are more interested in the total package.
I don't think it's necessarily right to fault those in group B for their limited interest in people beyond their sexual skills and desirability. How they conduct themselves is another story, however.
Immaturity has been mentioned. Selfishness and poor social skills also surely come into play. Society in general continues to become more and more hooked on instant gratification, leaving little room for concern for others.
This issue is reflective of society in general. Those in the lifestyle are, in fact, just a microcosm of the bigger picture, as previously pointed out. Photo Display Issue - Photo Display Issue - We just created a profile on swinglifestyle.com, but we need our fellow Utah swingers to do the same! Seems like a much more user friendly site, but there's not a lot of local Utahns on there. I tried emailing Swingular customer support but no response. Seems pretty unprofessional for a site that takes payment from its members to not provide basic site maintenance.
