Swingers unnerve families at hotel - - We were there also at the Interlude event......Let me assure you No child was able to see any adult doing anything of anykind. There was no \"glass Atrium\" there were however glass elevators.. the Party was held in an enclosed invironment with security.. However to get to your rooms you had to take the glass elevators which are in the common area`s of the Crown Plaza......by the way all of the guest for the Interlude party were booked on the ninth and tenth floors ....Now if any child was exposed to anything it was less than anything they have seen on television or any magazine they can see at a grocery store check out line! Now for the mom who was highly offended ,, Her hubby was probably wishing he was with one of those well dressed lovely women!......Damd I cant wait till Disney Has a swingers pride day like they give all the flaming Homosexuals.... DUNCANVILLE, TX - It's been a secret in the suburbs for years.
A house in Duncanville that holds large private parties for swingers is now gaining unwanted attention. Swingers are single people or couples who are open minded about their sexual partners.
"We have friends over for private parties," said the organizer, Jim Turlock.
The City of Duncanville wants to crack down on the parties. So far, the city has been powerless to stop the parties at the house on Cedar Ridge Drive. But Tuesday night, the city council will consider a different tactic.
People gather at the house every Friday and Saturday night. As many as 200 people showed up for a Halloween party. So many people attend the parties that the organizers have a man directing traffic and parking.
Organizers say the Cherry Pit is their own private club. Their Web site offers photos, giving a tour of where they meet.
The owner says the sex is consensual and optional. "They are people who are open-minded

another club under fire - club in peoria - PEORIA -- City leaders in Peoria will soon consider an ordinance aimed at outlawing private swingers clubs where couples meet and swap partners.
The ordinance is aimed at a local business called Club 307. The club sits a couple of blocks from the Police Department and is reportedly a swingers club.
Mayor Jim Ardis told the (Peoria) Journal Star that the city doesn't have an ordinance preventing couples from paying to enter a club and swap partners. But he believes the city needs one.
City Councilman Eric Turner thinks many people are disgusted that Peoria has such a club.
Nobody answered a call to the phone number listed for the club on Friday, and there was no way to leave a message.
The council plans to consider the ordinance Tuesday.
