Holier than thou? - Holier than thou? - I'm curious as to why anyone here would think that just because people are on a swingers site they would be any different than the mix of people you will find walking around the mall.
Since the beginning of time/man/whatever you want to call it/believe people have segregated themselves into groups, cliques, and we've all been on one end or the other of these. It's just a fact of life folks, and being here on a swingers site isn't going to change that one bit. You'll find people you like, you'll find people you lust after, you'll find people that annoy the shit out of you, and you'll find people you'll dislike. Just as in your day-to-day contact with everyone else in this world.
I think when you just accept the fact that not everyone will be your cup of tea, nor you theirs, life is just a lot easier. So they won't email you back...doesn't that tell you all you need to know?
Also, maybe it's nice to remember that not everyone communicates in the same way. Maybe, just maybe, that couple that isn't emailing you not because they are snobbish but because they are shy, or they just don't communicate the same way you do.
Of course, maybe I'm just completely full of shit ;)
Other activities? - Do you only meet swingers for sex? - With some of the folks we have met it was sex only and the relationships didn\'t last. The couples we have met with recently have also gotten with us for other activities. They have helped us put up Christmas lights, had dinner and done a lot of other things that don\'t revolve around sex. Of course we don\'t pass up on the sex either. :-)
Body Size - - Well my dear, I to have been blessed with " more cushion for the pushin". I did recently go surgical for weight loss but it was strictly for health reasons. Not vanity. Why are people not answering? - - I agree totally. The most aggravating are those who send an email expressing interest, you reply courteously and never hear from them again. Might as well reply to their email with " Take a long walk on a short pier", or "Kiss my ass" for all the good it does. And those who do it know who they are...even more disgusting are those who do answer emails, schedule a meet and then disappear, never to be seen or heard from again....or they do schedule a meeting and never show up....(how many cups of coffee is a realistic amount of time to wait? ) then you realize you have been "had again".
