Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - AKLIM, It's just as "rude" for you not to click "ignore single males". If you expect them all to read your profile, you take the time to read your settings thoroughly enough to see that you can block them LOL! raw statistics can be flawed. You show me stats that say today in LA, 1000 pitbulls attacked children and only 400 were committed by other various breeds. What does that tell you/me??? It says nothing of the circumstance. Were the animals mistreated and trained to attack??? How many pits are trained to fight???? Show me your stats. Stats can be skewed to fit the bias. Show me some. In reality, the CDC lists 10 that are prone to bite: Pit bulls Rottweilers German Shepherds Huskies Alaskan Malamutes Doberman Pinschers Chow Chows Great Danes St. Bernards Akitas Wow, all large breeds that are usually trained to fight, guard or attack. -D- -D-

KUTV News Story on Swingers - News - Blah, blah, non swingers talking about a lifestyle they no nothing about.. thank god I don't have tv..

Pink flamingo - How many swingers have a pink flamingo in their front yard? - Whiskey_girl, I wonder if that ever happened to me and I was oblivious. Definitely will start paying attention now 😁

Black Ring, Right Hand - How to tell if someone's a swinger -
We used to go to the occasional lifestyle takeover/trip and would invariably be issued a wristband upon arrival so that we could get into events at the hotel or resort. It usually took about half a day for word to leak out, first among hotel employees and then later the general public, that swingers were around the area and that they could be identified by their wristbands.
When swingers are densely populated in an area.. yes.. that's bound to happen.. However, a tiny fraction of the population are actually swingers.. so when you're talking about something "in the wild" (versus at a meet-up), this isn't likely to be a problem.
I guarantee if the black ring thing took off that very soon there would be multiple internet stories as well as likely regular news outlets that "swingers" wear black rings on their right hands and there goes any anonymity. The VAST majority of swingers would then not dare wear the accessory for fear of being seen/identified in public as a swinger.
I'd say we're years (decades?) away from that ever becoming a problem. Black rings would need to be EVERYWHERE before the general populace catches on to it... and then you just move on to something else.
MUCH easier to just attend private swinging events where you have a reasonable assurance that all or most in attendance are indeed swingers rather than spend a lot of time cruising the bars or whatever looking for people wearing black rings. [em]Emo_67[/em]
I'm not sure which part of the black-ring suggestion takes "spending a lot of time"... Attending meetups is DEFINITELY the preferred way to find swingers (well, and web-sites, like this one)... But talking to people who've actually seen the black-ring in the wild and MET swingers in open, public, spaces... there's a certain excitement that comes from that. Maybe I'll just wear my "I swingers" t-shirt, instead. ;)

Std and sti testing...? - -
We have a $40.00 co-pay. If physicians are doing their job, they will ask you questions. Whereas our physicians know that we are non-monogamous we always have a non judgmental honest conversation, with our physicians about our sexual activities since our last examinations. Testing does not replace condoms, and that is especially true if you are willing to play with someone who does not get tested on a regular basis. Swinging multiplies the swingers risk. Risk prevention is a choice. We feel less comfortable playing with someone who always uses protection but never gets tested than someone who may have occasionally foregone protection but gets tested regularly so long as they have been tested since the last time they had swing sex without or really even with protection. Which leads into the next paragraph. Sometimes people choose to form relationships involving maybe just two couples, or a small group of people that get tested on a regular basis and remain exclusive, partly so that they can play without condoms. Yes there are still risk, and you have to be really careful about who is in the group, and really who even knows about the group. Yes we have been part of a group like that in the past and it rocks! Oh well, people get new jobs and move away, or go back to monogamy, or want to play the field again and groups disband. We would do it again with the right group of people. We count ourselves lucky that as swingers we have remained healthy. Swinging is risky. Certain types of activities add to the risk. Anything that increases the level anonymity between sex partners, or decreases any participants level of personal choice and control adds to their risk. Testing and condoms reduce the risk but they do not eliminate it. We all make our own risk verses reward choices. Testing at least lets us know that at that point in time we appear to be safe to play without putting our lovers at risk.
Dear Delicious— thank you so much for your thoughtful reply/discussion here. There ARE a lot of factors and risks to consider while in the Lifestyle; we’re all after fun, right? Good to be thinking of ways to avoid negative consequences that would put a big damper on the fun...

We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - No drama here, drop us a line;) ~T&D~

KUTV News Story on Swingers - News - We may know who the fake profile is. We received a friend request today. It seems a bit fake and has the text about "spicing things up" The profile was created within the past month. Contact us if you want to know who we think it is. We don't want to say for sure....but it fits what has been described in this thread.

Single male in this lifestyle.. - I have questions for couples and single females. -
Other states' swinging communities tend to be a little more open minded and accepting than here (I know I'll get slammed for that comment but the truth is the truth). With that said you've just got to be genuine, nice, outspoken, open minded and always eager to please. Some genuinely open minded and cool couples will enjoy your good attitude and become your friends :-)
Don't worry. Not gonna slam ya. Just curious what state(s) you're talking about. We've lived and 'swung' :-) in a number of different states. Additionally we're on another, older swing site that is FAR larger than this one and people on that site often complain about how closed, cliquish and inhospitable swinging is in their particular area (most notably Minnesota where the site originated and especially in California where there is ostensibly a much larger population of swingers than in most areas). Personally we've found the swinging community here to be much more open than many areas we've visited. Of course openness is relative when it comes to an activity that most people tend to hide, like swinging.

swingin - thought this site was a swingers site - FLCPL4FUN; was there a misspelling there.... at the end... "...... Soon Cumming" ???? remember this is a swinger's site and even the young adults have to understanding coming and cumming..... :l I took my whack at the STUFF.... (remember George Carlin; "my stuff is stuff and everyone else's stuff is shit" routine.... Wasn't my stuff, therefore someone else's.....S#*&) Need a bit of humor when a pissing contest takes 9 pages......well 8 if you consider those that have said enough is enough..... Sad sad situation.... Someone mentioned the age of 12 or 13 as being the way people were treating others... I say, if the foo shits :v

How did you get started? - - My hubby was interested in exploring his fantasy of being with 2 women in which I told him of my interest in having a 3some with 2 men. He started doing searches on the interent and came across some swingers sites and showed them to me. It took him so convincing to get me to agree to this, but I'm glad I decided to give it a shot...not entirely for the sexual experiences, but for the numerous friendships that we have made in the process! XOXO ~~K~~
