Hosting a swingers Party - - As far as I can tell by reading the questioners post, it doesn't seem like he's running a club, a business or a for profit gathering. It sounds like he's just looking to recover shared cost. If that's the case, he doesn't need a lic. & he doesn't need to ask for donations. He's simply renting a suite for a party, and he expects those that have agreed to come to pay their share of the costs. There is nothing illegal about that. And unless he's violating a condition of the room rental, he really shouldn't have anything to fear. If he IS looking for profit, he'll have a lot more to worry about than just the police showing up at his door. Joe

Poly-Swingers - Moving beyond FWB relationship - We were in a poly relationship for over 7 years and was the greatest experience we have ever had. Unfortuately the male of the couple passed away a couple of years ago. We had a great relationship we went everywhere together and done everything together. Calling all losers! - LS and club scene - We have said to ourselves before that 'we must be the worst swingers in the world'. We say this because sometimes we will get a text or email at 11pm and all it says is 'we are horny, lets meet and fuck'...hell we are already in bed and sometimes hubby is asleep.
For us it is about friendship first..dinner to get to know each other...movies, bowling, etc, etc and than when we all decide to play it is really fun and you actually know the others you are with and want to see them again. Seems like a lot of pressure to always be on call to play. We have very busy with work and life, a friend or two would be great. Very creative...last year I was a bumble bee and D dressed in his 3-D camo and put condoms all over...by the end of the night we were so tired of explaining that he was a rubber tree plant I just told everyone he was a vending machine for condoms lol
