Threaded messenger - We want threaded messenger - Risque Soiree is a great site if you like their events, but not everyone that goes to their events are swingers.... Fetlife seems very confusing to us when trying to search for people, and even though there are swingers on the site I wouldn't classify it as a swingers site. When You're Shopping the Scene... - - Yeah, it'd be kinda cool if there actually WAS some kind of universal accessory or a signal that swingers could use to ID each other out in the vanilla world. And even if something DID actually catch on, and people wore it or whatever to identify other swingers, how long do you think it would take for the internet to make that fairly common knowledge?
We went to a swinger's convention in San Diego a number of years ago. The group had taken over the entire hotel and property and nobody was allowed in without a special wristband. It took about 4 hours for most of the hotel staff to learn what those wristbands meant. By the next day, people at nearby hotels, restaurants, and shopping centers had heard the news and as you passed people they would glance at you and then immediately glance down at your wrist. By that evening, most of the swingers were becoming so self-conscious that they were attempting to hide the wristbands beneath watches and bracelets. A few even pulled them off their wrists, if they were loose enough, and then put them back on when re-entering the property.
So, as nice as it would be to know for sure who other swingers are, it would kinda defeat the purpose of what many of us state in our profiles...that we're discreet. I suspect that about 10% (if even) would wear a black ring and about 90% wouldn't for fear of being outed as swingers. YMMV

Moab lifestyle - looking for what lies under the covers in Moab - We get down to Moab quite a bit and can tell you with some assurance that there IS no lifestyle (at least SWINGER lifestyle) endemic to that area. Sorry, I know that's probably not the answer you wanted but it's accurate. This is Utah. We're lucky to have a VERY small number of regular clubs (bars) that are lifestyle-friendly up here in the more populated areas. There are no on-premises swing clubs in Utah. Vegas News report on swing clubs/house parties - Must be an election year - Tonight here in Vegas, KVBC did a report about swingers clubs here in Vegas. They snuck in hidden camera and recorded shots of the inside of one of the houses. There are about 4 different 'homes' that hold parties on weekends. These homes are quite large, well over 2500 sq/ft. Each has their own process for gaining admission and different fees. But they are held as private house parties not clubs and the fees are kept to a minumum to just cover operating cost not for profit.
They did not mention the businesses here in town that operate for profit.
It doesnt help that the prime one they hit with this report is about two blocks from the main Mormon church here in town. Here is a link to the report.
