Northern Utah Party ... Damn It! - We WILL hunt you down ... - I know this is a long rambling post. I hope you'll humor me. My intentions are good! :) I'm completely un-associated with the party heretofore mentioned. Wow--that sounded like lawyer-speak! OK, so there's a party coming up on Saturday in the Ogden area. I'm pretty much an expert on it 'cause I don't know the hosts, don't know the venue, and have never been there. [em]Emo_59[/em] But I've been to the Draper area version and can tell you that it's very classy. We're goin, but we may not be your cup-o-tea. But looking at the guest list, there are some VERY sexy folks planning on being in attendance. Ask yourself, why aren't YOU on that list? Now I've heard, here-'bouts, that it's kinda difficult to meet up with swinger-type people on here (or elsewhere). I'd not disagree. Having said that, wouldn't it be a good idea to support those folks who organize such parties? And show up, so that they continue? So that even more venues/parties are available in the future? What is is with local couples? - Anyone else seem to have the problem with couples local to where you live NOT wanting to meet? - Your success on this site is based mostly on locale. Because the site's owner is located in Taylorsville, UT, then it stands to reason that the density of "Swingular Member" swingers will be the greatest in Utah and will slowly trickle out until enough people in your areas sign up. We have quite a bit of success on swingular because we live in Utah. We are originally from Oregon and have had great success since we've moved here. If we decide to move back, I don't think our results will be nearly as good. I've searched our old zip code and the results were horrible. Try it yourself. Our results are phenomenal here in Utah because of shear numbers. Sure there are asshole and fakes on here, but I don't think that's the problem. I think the problem is that swingular is not that big in most states other than here and Florida, which is where it was born. We are very outgoing and love to meet new people. We have no problem "meeting" anyone. There should be no problem meeting. Just because you meet doesn't mean you fuck. If anyone expects that result every time they meet people, they are ignorant fools. You have to be attracted to the other people for the sex part to work. We can be friends with anyone we find to be cool. For the "Friends with Benefits" clause to kick in, we have to both be attracted. After all, who the hell wants to have sex with a person they don't find sexy? Wannabes and net fakes - Will the real lifestyle members please stand up - Well said!----We agree completely. We have another term to add to your list: cyber-swinger. It's a wanna-be that doesn't really have the balls to be in the lifestyle so they hide behind their computer screen. We try to sort them out very quickly. After an introduction email or two we talk on the phone and then offer to meet for drinks. If there's any reluctance---they're done. We have neither the time or energy to waste on cyber-swingers. Fortunately for us they have been the rare exception. We have been lucky enough to meet some wonderful people so far and are looking forward to meeting lots more! ;)

Sturgis 2014 - The wife and I are wanting to know where the swingers play @ Sturgis - Been to Sturgis three times all three times stayed at the Chip. It was a blast non stop partying. Lots of sexy people and you make of it what you want out of it. The thing we like about the Chip is the concert line up. Big bands included with the cost of the camping for the week. A few restrictions but not many. Don't know if they have concerts at Glenco but we wouldn't mind checking it out some year. Wont make it this year it seems to run with the BBR in Idaho every year.
