Black Rings - Do Swingers really? - We wear the black rings, not sure if people notice though

New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - My husband already posted on this topic a while back, but I’m now adding my opinion. In addition to state law hurdles and liquor licensing nightmare laws, each city has difficult sexually oriented business licensing requirements and ordinances. Yes, a nieve person will think that a swingers club is not a sexually oriented business, but city leaders and members of the public will make a big push to ensure a swingers club fits within the ordinance definitions. The licensing process is very public and anyone involved in the licensing will have a lot of exposure. Licensing applications often require background checks, names, business site visits and walkthroughs, and ongoing mandatory surveys after the business opens. Publicity and continued legal battles with the state and city scare couples away. Research Plato’s a Short-lived swingers club in NYC that was briefly open. During its existence it was continually challenged, closed, reopened, raided, and ultimately put out of business. If NYC ensures Plato's went out of business how is a swingers club in Utah going to fare? This is a link to SLC’s Sexually Orented Businesses overview page that has links to the ordinance. Most other cities have some type of ordinance like this. http://www.slcgov.com/business-licensing/sob Keep having house parties. . . .

Best Swingers club in Cincinnati area? - Swingers clubs - Hi everyone,, want to thank you for the kind words about SinDay, we do try hard to make your night out a great experience, full of fun, and excitement. if I may chime in about Princeton, and 440 also 101. All of you have many choices here in Ohio, there are many clubs to choose from, also in KY and INDY. Sure we at Club SinDay would love for you to always come to our club, but lets be real, no one wants to go to the same place over and over. and its nice to just get away for a change. So we encourage our members to go try other clubs, both for a change, but also, maybe you will come back and tell us what you like about another club, as to help us, improve on our own club. Those of you who have gone to Princeton know its a very big club, and a very nice club. When we designed SinDay we were trying hard to compete with them on the bar area and the dance area, there was no way we could compete with them on size. There is a reason Princeton is number one in Ohio, it is its size. and it is a nice club. I not afraid to say this, they worked hard to be a nice club, as we are working hard to become just as nice. As for 440 and 101, I havent been to either club in years, but have heard they have made a few changes, so you may want to go check them out also. All of the clubs have something different to offer, one may have a house party feel, another may feel more open like a banquet hall, and others may feel like a dance club. it really depends on what you the members are looking for. And the only way you will find out what you like best is by going to these clubs. Please dont let other convince you that one club is better then another, their idea of a club may be way different then what you think a club should be. And you will have some people that are so into a club, that they will down other clubs they have never been to, just to help their home club. so please judge for yourselves, go out, enjoy all the clubs you can, and remember that the number one thing you want from a club, is your own opinion of a club. Ok, ill stop rambling now, thank you for your time, and I hope to see you all soon at SinDay, please come up and say hi. Dane (one of the club owners)

International Swingers Day - How are you celebrating? -
Pretty normal evening then I take it.
Grammar - Some suggestions for better communication ... - Here's a tip. Veterinary dentistry is WAY cheaper and 6 out of 10 swingers can barely tell the difference between human teeth and pig teeth. Don't let them talk you into either the cow teeth OR the horse teeth. Yeah you pay less per tooth but they don't look anywhere near as natural unless you like live in Delta or Toquerville.

Wishbones - - Is anyone else aware of this? In the Myrtle Beach, SC area people that are in the lifestyle are wearing wishbone necklaces and wishbone jewelry to distinguish themselves as people in the lifestyle. I'd like to see this phenomonon spread. The gay and lesbian communities have their symbols to distinguish themselves without having to announce to the world that they are gay/lesbian. With most people's desire for discretion within the lifestyle, an outward symbol would not only save alot of question, but could potentially save some embarrassment as well. When people ask me what mine means, I try to answer according to how the question was asked. If someone asks me pointedly what it means I tell them "Good Luck", which is true. If someone asks me about it that has that "Does that mean what I think it means?" look, I tell them it's a swinger's symbol. LOL The following quote is from the profile of the couple that started the wishbone thing in SC....."For as long as the swinging lifestyle has been around, there has not been a symbol to associate swingers with. Other alternative lifestyles have developed a symbol that represents them; the gay and lesbian community has the rainbow, the BDSM have their converted ying yang symbol; now the swingers have the wishbone. The wishbone represents many aspects of the swinging lifestyle. The closed end represents two halves coming together as one. For a swinger knows, it takes much trust and compromise to make the lifestyle work. The open end represents the open-mindedness and open sexuality of the lifestyle. And, let's face it, the entire wishbone reminds us that we live a lifestyle that many people only wish for. To the ordinary person, the wishbone is just a typical piece of jewelry. But, to those in the lifestyle, the wishbone identifies you as someone in the lifestyle." In this area, people are fairly familiar with the wishbone as a lifestyle symbol and we can immediately identify couples or singles within the lifestyle. My primary profile pic shows me wearing my wishbone necklace. I'd like to see this symbol adopted as a standard for all people within the lifestyle...Any thoughts?

'No pressure!' or 'Boundaries respected!' - What does the opposite look like? - "...isn't it a given that one won't assault another person or attempt to do so?" One would hope. Unfortunately the lifestyle has become so adulterated (pun intended) by just about anyone who thinks it's a free, easy way to get NSA sex that you now have a virtual cornucopia of people who don't really "get it". What I guess I'm trying to say is that it seems like it's no longer wife swapping or swinging. It's now "the lifestyle" and apparently includes every manner of sexual libertine imaginable including those who view swingers (and yes I mean mostly females) as wanton sluts who are borderline nymphomaniacs that lack the capacity or will to say (or mean) "No.". It would be very interesting to poll women who have been in the lifestyle for a considerable amount of time, say ten, fifteen or twenty years, and ask them if they're ever had to more or less fight a guy off or worse, or if they've ever entertained unwanted advances so as to not rock the boat or harsh the vibe at a swing party. Sadly I'd be willing to bet the number would be fairly high. [em]Emo_8[/em]
