But we booked the trip anyway. We were completely shocked when we saw what was happening. It never occurred to us that such a place could exist. We ultimately became intrigued and years later, we jumped in.

Swinger Literature? - magazine articles, books, web articles... - As EdNBrenda said a very good book would be "The Lifestyle." It is a little bit dated but the book is research based and has a lot of interesting information from history to demographics. It is not a book to grab for raw excitement but a very good book for intellectual discussion. What makes it unique is the book seems very objective and was written by a non swinger doing his research as an observer of the lifestyle. I have ran into co workers from past employers but, never one of my bosses from any job. We seem to all understand the greater importance and that is the sexual experience and enjoying fantasy is the main factor. Picky Picky - No not your nose - I'm picky, like probably a little bit unrealistically so. I figure I have the man of my dreams who is hung, smart, fun, charismatic and attractive. I shouldn't settle for less then total attraction. This should be true for all.
I realize I'm a old hand at this, been in and out (ha) of the lifestyle since 2011, and I've basically done all the things, but if you're with your perfect partner then my understanding is swinging is an enhancement to your sex life. Never settle for less (old swinger advice for the newer swingers) just to have a new partner/experience/taking one for the team.
