While the 2 ladies love each other dearly, there seems to be between them a friendly sort of competition for my affections at any given moment. Therein, they are both perpetually on their "best behavior". It's a communal, free and open relationship now and everyone gets along even better than what was already a great marriage. There is no guilt and no jealousy, just love and friendship. It's awesome and stands as irrefutable evidence that "civilized, modernized sexuality" is not the natural state of the species. We are super picky, and really in no rush.
Married & single? - single minded affrairs? - "The Lifestyle is for couples that love and respect each other and do this together."
So who makes these rules? Cheating is cheating...that is true. But how do you know what goes on in other aspects of the lives of the couples you meet? Can someone be "banned" from the lifestyle? I think everyone has to do what they feel comfortable with, but we shouldn't say that someone else isn't a swinger because they live their life differently. The same way many of us try to say that a cheater or a single can't be swinger if their partner is unaware, that can be equated to a Christian saying that swingers can't be Christians because even if their spouse knows it is still sex out of wedlock. Or slim people saying fat people shouldn't be called swingers because they do not find them sexy. Anyone can be a swinger, it is just up to us as individuals or couples to choose who we wish to play with, and not be judgemental or condescending to those with whom we choose not to.

However...even as a "last straw" knee-jerk reaction to some pushy couple that you perceived being perhaps a little obnoxious and assertive (not to mention fat, old and ugly), your approach was...well...reproachable.
Bringing an otherwise personal issue to the public eye, and targeting just one demographic group of swingers based on a narrow set of physical attributes:

Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - I am saying that that logic doesn't justify intolerance. My analogy is logical. It's you that can't distiguish the meaning or ok in society, where it's impairative that we all get along to coexist safely and will our freedom intact. The majority say that swinging is wrong. That's all fine and good but you don't think that a guy might just SAY that in hopes of changing the girl's mind later? I'm not questioning your integrity or motives just saying that, in general, many guys will say and do just about anything for sex. I could easily imagine quite a few scenarios where a guy could come across with seemingly good intentions but have ulterior motives. Hell, we've had guys write us and ask to meet them and their wives (without disclosing that we're swingers) and suggest that we get the wife really drunk and then have sex with them. Again, I'm not saying anything about YOUR character or motives, just that because a guy SAYS he won't play with his "date" doesn't necessarily automatically make him trustworthy. YMMV
