Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - My experiance,I think it has to do more with that label that we as a married cpl put on single guys.... I think that (by my experiance) 75 to 80% of the single guys are pushy....
example: I blocked a single guy not too long ago because he was obnocxious on his e-mails... well he got my yahoo screenname from a group discussion post and IM'd me today.... now with a diferent approche.... he was so dumb as to tell me, "for some reason you have me blocked... I can't see your profile or your pics".... that was it... hello if you are blocked on the site that means I don't want to talk to you.... tahdah... blocked again on another site...
Some guys just don't get the hint and keep pushing, that is why WE don't care for single guys... our time is precious and to waist it on someone like that... no use...
Now, I know that for SOME (not all) it is a racial thing... for SOME it might be the reports of the CDC or just the screename like one of the cpls mentioned... I think everyone has their own reason as to why NOT wanting to play with single men.

Yes, among our best friends are sure some couples we met in our swinging life. Even a couple that stopped swinging after loosing a child is still very close with us for many years now. Sometimes we are disapointed by those swingers that are only for a one night stand without telling that. Just say it in advance if its only for that, so you know what to expect. Rooftop Resort - - We have been to Haulover a number of times. Swingers have their meetup areas near one of the life towers on the beach. But as mentioned there is not a swinger vibe there but all varieties of nudists. We have not done rooftop because of the mostly marginal reviews.
Are we really as judgmental as vanilla people? - - Yes, many in the lifestyle are as judgmental as those outside. I am 15 pounds overweight but to some I am as broad as a battleship. I had not changed, only my marital status. I have been pilloried and shunned because of being lumped with the FEW young single guys who don't have a clue. Now I have 3 strikes: I'm old, I'm slightly overweight, and single. I've learned these last 9 years that swingers can be just as cruel, predjudiced and uncaring as other people. Opening your marriage - How did the conversation come up? - For us it was easier that way. We started out just wanting to be swingers, but with family it was easier for us to play separate.
