Where are the Midwest Swingers? - - As a couple from Utah, there is quite a surprising amount of swingers here in the state. Look at Reddit for example, there are TONS and TONS of subreddits (communities in a sense) that have porn. (reddit.com/r/swingers, reddit.com/r/swingersGW, reddit.com/r/nsfw, reddit.com/r/straightgirlsplaying...) It would take a tremendous amount of manpower in the state of Utah (as the ISPs will not do this) to label websites as "porn". Most exclusively porn sites (tubegalore, pornhub) are likely already labeled that, but again the reddits and tumblrs of the internet would take forever to filter out.
Now, about the opt-in list being held with the ISPs. They already know every single customer who looks at porn. Unless you use a good VPN, they are well aware of every website you visit. That being said, while they might not have a list of people that look at porn, it would be really easy for a hacker to, once they get into the ISP, gather information about everyone who looks at porn and share it with the world. If they couldn't get into the ISP, they could still get this information from porn websites.
Unfortunately for the Utah government, this plan is just not possible and is basically just BS to get support for reelections...

she is spanish, now our friends are people of all colors different
religons, there polish italian, irish, african american, etc..etc..
But Glens new girlfriend is new to the crowd. She been dating him for about 4 months.
Now we don't swing with any of these people, the problem we have is this ,in our
group of friends and Glen is in agreement with this , that we all have to watch what we
say now if we say anything that has to do with spanish people, as in joking,cutin' up,
whatever.she will get mad. If you can't sit around and joke and cut up without anyone getting offended then your not friends. We have tried to discuss this with her, to no aveil...
This is what we are looking for, friends that can get along... without all the other
bullshit that goes on in the rest of the world..
