An out of this world (or state) encounter - swinging parties - We like to travel, and we try out the on premise clubs wherever we go. In Sept we went to what is supposed to be the top rate swingers club in the world, just outside Amsterdam (called Fun4Two). Looking to establish a group of safe swingers - - We were part of a group of friends like this, and it was great! We had regular get together, drinking, playing games, hot tubbing, swapping.. unfortunately the host couple moved away and we kind of fell apart. Awesome fun!

For those that know it the symbol says it all and for those that don't know it could be just some Mac fan or teacher thing. She did get called out on it once in a very strange way. She was at at GYN appointment with a specialist and he asked what the "Apple" was. She said it was her NASCA Apple and he came back with he had heard about it and "always wanted to try swing dancing . . . but somehow didn't think it was about that type of dance" with a smile on his face. She said if it was not for the position she was in she might have had a good come back but it was all to strange at the time. Both him and the nurse seemed very comfortable with the topic . . . we had heard there was a GYN doctor in the area that was active in the lifestyle so it could have been him.
The real trick of having something that both shows your lifestyle and at the same time being innocent is being ready to go one way or the other when asked. Our family sees our boat's name (Swingtide) as just a nautical thing about the change in tides and how it matched a change in our life too. Those that know us online and we cross paths on the water spot us without a problem for something more than the change in sea level.
It is too bad that we, as the gay community put it, can't come out of the closet. We have no international "rainbow flag" that we can fly and no "Swinger's Day" at Disney World. Lots of places and people come out with something to sell to identify but hide our lifestyle. The problem with that is it's always changing so there is no way to know. In most towns asking about a Swing Club would be hard because there are not that many and lots swingers don't go the club route. We remain a hidden community connected in groups here and there be it online places like this or clubs or just local groups of friends - we miss out on a lot of new friends because we have no clue who is who most of the time.
They need to add a wrist band for couples willing to play with single guys (or not willing). I guess it could get a bit complex - Bi female of full swap/same room/couple sometimes willing to play with single female or a single guy . . . how many wrist bands would that be? New sales pitch at a swingers club "Programs! Programs! Get your programs here! You can't tell the swingers without the program!"

Holier than thou? - Holier than thou? - I'm curious as to why anyone here would think that just because people are on a swingers site they would be any different than the mix of people you will find walking around the mall.
Since the beginning of time/man/whatever you want to call it/believe people have segregated themselves into groups, cliques, and we've all been on one end or the other of these. It's just a fact of life folks, and being here on a swingers site isn't going to change that one bit. You'll find people you like, you'll find people you lust after, you'll find people that annoy the shit out of you, and you'll find people you'll dislike. Just as in your day-to-day contact with everyone else in this world.
I think when you just accept the fact that not everyone will be your cup of tea, nor you theirs, life is just a lot easier. So they won't email you back...doesn't that tell you all you need to know?
Also, maybe it's nice to remember that not everyone communicates in the same way. Maybe, just maybe, that couple that isn't emailing you not because they are snobbish but because they are shy, or they just don't communicate the same way you do.

It appears that there are enough swingers that are also believers in a god. Perhaps you should form a more tolerant version to the faith and recruit members. That's pretty much how all the other branches got their start. The believed differently from the "mainstream". Those that believe god or the gods could give a fuck about your sex life should make your own version. Hell you can even write a supplemental to the Original christian bible. If there is such a thing. Anyway, I say do what makes you feel right. If you fuck and it doesn't feel wrong, then fuck. The only people who say it's a "sin" are humans.
AG, That just proves that many religions families usually ignore one of the fundemental principles of "God's Intent" and rob individuals the right of free will until they are away from the grips of their families. People feel so dependant on the church because the church is all they know.
