I agree. That is why I think morality has nothing to do with it. The law is in place to protect innocence from predatory assholes that take advantage of naivety of youth. Many young boys don't consider fatherhood, disease and other complications that can arise from sexual relations. Hell a lot of adults don't either.
I am not religious at all. I think adultry is a morality based law. I think Fornication is a morality based law. They stem from the church. Laws to protect children are that of humanity. OMG, you read my mind! Yes, sadly there are flakes in every walk of life and the fun part is trying to decide who is and isn't a flake. Unfortunately, once swinging went digital, the cost to play went WAY down. I'm not talking about the monthly fee you pay to Swingular. I'm talking about the ease with which someone can hide behind their 'puter and pretend to be something they are not.
Back in the day (grab your Rolodexes kiddies), to meet other swingers you usually had to buy a swinger magazine with ads in it, rent a P.O. box, take some naughty Polaroids and send off a bunch of snail mail. I don't understand how they think they can get away with it. They don't think at least ONE person is going to recognize the pictures? Come on now!!! We're taking care of this immediately.
In this case, the admin replied they would address this "immediately" yet a week later the account is still active with the same pics. Without real action on the admin's part, there is little to dissuade these clowns.
Add to this those idiots who post as a couple but turn out to be either cheating marrieds or just single losers. We have traveled as much as 1500 miles each way to meet a couple and discovered there was either no wife at all or one who was unaware of the husband's activities. There is also my favorite, married guys posting as a couple and then leaving all the wife's info blank.
It seems there is just about no way for honest swingers to find someone to have a good time with. The web is just full of posers and liars who apparently cannot get a date or make a buck without posting a fake profile on a lifestyle site.
