Policing Ourselves - Can it be done? - Recently a suggestion was made that we as a group need to educate and police ourselves as a group in this our chosen lifestyle (thats swinging for all us simple folk) .
In order to do this effectively wouldnt there have to be some set of rules that everyone would be expected to adhere to? What would those rules be? how would they be created and ratified? would swingers from their respective states send represntatives to a central location to vote on these rules(oops now we get into politics) ? If you were teaching a new person (regarless of marital status or gender) the rules about swinging what would you teach them first?
I really would love to hear as much as possible from you guys.

Black Ring - Who has theirs and how have they caught on? - Explain the black ring thing further. My personal situation is I am not a swinger, I am not part of a couple, I just happened to get involved with a swinger couple and my guy gave me a profile on here. So I don't count as a swinger, I'm just a single girl who likes dick very very much. And people involved with swingers are a good source for easy NSA dick. But I have no problem wearing a piece of jewelry that might let other people see that I have a wild side. As it seems, no one notices, but if more people try? Like seriously if there is a special ring or other piece of jewelry that announces to the world I am a slut and proud of it, count me in.
Respect...Needed? or just forgotten. - - If we ever got rude replies like that, we just delete the mail, they arent worth our time. You have to have some common decency and repsect. A nice introduction with your name and an polite \'We\'d like to get together, how about we meet....\' will always gain more points.
We don\'t get much mail anyway, so we havent had to encounter it that much. But those messages we have gotten out of the blue are usually more rude then polite.
We find that the polite approach at the swingers club always wins us over and the single guys who just start touching, usually turn us off. Being cordial and you will get more :)
Ugly people and swinging - - Considering that what attracts one person to another varies wildly from person to person, its amazing that you can make a blanket statement about "ugliness" and "attraction" which you clearly ASSume pertains to all swingers.
Also just turning down a couple cuz you personally don't find both individuals in a couple attractive, without discussing with your partner whether or not they might be interested is just rude unless you are both bi and you know that well what they like.
