Why the male side of Couples are here...? - I will admit I am hoping to spark some heated debate on this.... - Shit I had to read thru that whole thing like almost twice. Okay fine, I skimmed it almost twice. Why am I (or we) still in swinging (it will be thirty years in the not too distant future!)? For us it's about the great friendships. Sex is great. It's fun to explore that not only with each other but with other people occasionally. But it's totally secondary for us. With swingers, more than any other group of people we've found, we can be ourselves, say pretty much what we want, and not have to filter anything. With most vanillas, especially here in Utah, we really have to tread lightly and watch what we say and do. PICTURE SURFERS HANG A 180 LOL - - I think what they mean by "friends and MAYBE more" is that they are looking for friends first and if everyone establishes a friendship and clicks sexually more will follow. I guess everyone is different when it comes to the lifestyle and some take it more slowly than others. Some require a strong friendship before playing, some don't. When we first started we were in the mindset that we had to find "best friends" with benefits and quickly discovered that we don't necessairly need to be best of friends, we do need to like the other people though and feel that attitude and personality are very important to us. Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - As a couple we have played with single gentlemen many many times over the years. The only time that I can consider upleasent feelings or hate ever came up with any single is when I was told by him to please leave the room while he made it with my wife. We show that we do not play alone ( I do not mind watching her have fun at all ), and will often just watch. As couples the single gents must realize it may not be hate but protectiveness of our loved ones. It does only take one bad apple to ruin it for many.
